The Indoctrination Theory Has no Logic. It Isn't real. So Stop Saying That Shepard Is Indoctrinated, Because He's Not.

I'm not reading the whole thread so this has probably been brought up already, but: If you'd ever actually read anything about indoctrination theory, you'd know we have never said Shepard was indoctrinated, thus your argument is invalid.

" I'm not reading the whole thread " followed up by "  If you'd ever actually read anything " makes me LolZ if you have kept reading you would know i don't agree with the Indoctrination theory. I kinda made that obvious in my title. The whole point of this post was for people who throught that Shepard was " INDOCTRINATED " because there are some who think he is.

You serious?  The indoctrination thread . WOULD NEVER BEEN MADE IF THE O.P thought he wasn't or was indoctrinated.

look and the best destroy ending, notice something? SHEPARD'S ARMOR IN THE END IS DESTROYED, AND YET HE/SHE LIVES? yeah, i don't see the logic of the theory either
/sarcasm

but seriously looking at that ending shepard surviving would not happen if it was real unless high EMS=plot armor=plot hole.

Dear OP,

If you can tell me how it is remotely possible for Shepard to atomize and then suddenly be able to control the reapers you might have a valid argument.

If you can explain to me what the crucible actually does or how it's even possible that Shepard leaping in to a beam of light can alter the very DNA of every organic creature or CREATE DNA IN SYNTHETIC LIFE WHEN NONE EXISTS then you might have an argument.

If you can explain to me why, after the destroy ending (and only the destroy ending), Shepard wakes up after the Citadel was completely torn apart from explosions...you might have something that kinda resembles an argument.

The problem....is that you cannot address those issues because IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE.

/chewbaccadefense

Well #1 Thats the option Bioware gave us? what other options were there? do nothing opthing at let the Reapers destroy all advanced organic life?
#2 The Citadel is indestructable or it has strong mass effect fields, that either. A prevented or absorbed the brunt of the relay explosions or Shepard survived those was ejected out of the Citadel and landed on earth in some Bomb and ruined filled city.

I like the mass effect field " Theory "  imean they did build a base in the center of the galaxy surrounded by black holes.Posted Image

The citadel itself explodes in the destroy ending... did you even actualy watch them?

Apparently also if Anderson dies from your bullet or from TIMs matters more to your survival on an EMS level than having the entire Krogan Race... or The geth, or the Quarians, or pretty much anything except the alliance itself.

SO, Shepard being spaced and while his/her armor is practically useless and lives is real? or that he/she somehow gets teleported to where we see him/her in the scene makes sense?

The citadel  is indestructable.. did you play mass effect 1 ? You are also implying that the citadel was completely turned to ash during the explosion. Which if it was shepard would also be turned to ash and would not show up at the end of the perfect ending Alive and Breathing.

No, it explodes pretty spectacularly in the destroy ending. It's hard to miss.

Read up on history.  The  Type that hit us over 100 years ago and knocked out all phones

Every 11 years the [sun's] north pole and the south pole flip, releasing a burst of radiation. But, every 100 years or so, a monster Tsunami from the sun emerges which could literally cause trillions in property damage.

It could paralyze the economy of the planet earth. In 1859 we had a gigantic solar storm which knocked out telegraph wires back then, 150 years ago. If that had happened today it would knock out almost all our satellites, knock out power stations, there would be food riots around the country because refrigeration would stop, airplanes would probably crash without radar.

And again, this is a once in a century, once in two centuries storm…
We do have them and we have to worry about them.

We’d be thrown back 100 years.

By Well known physicist Michio Kaku.  If you don't know who he is then you should google him or watch his youtube Videos.

@Sartt: did you play ME1 and Arrival? In ME1 the Citadel is revealed to be a mass relay, and in arrival, it is revealed that relays can be destroyed. I believe a powerful enough explosion could destroy the citadel unless its Mass Effect fields were so powerful even an asteroid the size of the one that destroyed the Alpha Relay would just bounce off.

No one ever tried to destroy one in mass effect . Dr. Kenson said that during arrival. Did you play arrival?

The citadel  is many more times bigger than a mass relay and no one LAUNCHED a asteroid at it big enough for the desired effect for the type of explosion

Why would they? Millins of people lived on it. It was the center of Galactic society. why would they?
