I read what you wrote, and it was quite possibly the stupidiest thing I've ever read on these forums, which is saying a considerable amount. Maybe you should read up on the K-T boundary. Or maybe that's not 'proof' enough for you. If it isn't you should probably just take your multi millions and go hide in a cave. Upside, you wouldn't have to pay taxes on it, and since proof is entirely subjective to you, you wouldn't be all upset about everything that failed to establish itself to your high standards. Also, we wouldn't have to listen to you.

I can't think of a downside.

If he was Indoctrinated he would never have been given the Control Option. He would have ended up like The Illusive Man and Saren. What's so hard to understand about this? He never would've been able to progress this far if he was.
 Like with all Theories. THEY ARE JUST SOMEONES misguided idea's and opinions on what they think has happened or is happening. With no real proof, and the masses just start to believe in it.

the whole ending scene, according to the IT, is a struggle in Shepard's mind to FIGHT indoctrination. The 3 choices are given because Harbinger doesn't have full control but wants him to 'give in', seemingly, via control or synthesis (both options that the starchild seems to favor and that doesn't result in the reaper's destruction), whereas he portrays the destroy ending in a bad light. The destroy ending doesn't LITERALLY kill the reapers, it just fights off the indoctrination in Shepard's mind and allows him to wake up in the 'secret' ending.

that's it...not that hard.

I suggest people stop replying to this so this seen-a-million-times-before thread doesn't stay at the top. 

Harbinger doesn't control the Reapers. He's just a pawn. Javik or one of those Prothean VI's even stated this on thessia.

what the.....any reaper can indoctrinate. Harbinger was the one doing the laser beaming, Harbinger is still the pack leader whether he's a pawn in a greater scheme or not and his personal vendetta against Shepard was highlighted pretty well in ME2.

Vendetta? He admired Shepard was annoyed by shepard  and awed by shepard and the Human race. Thus, why he led the attack on harbinger.

Because i want to see why they believe that shepard is where in numerous parts though out this game it clearly shows Shepard no indoctrinated and he's immune to it. Yet, people continue to think he is. Bioware has yet to say anything about Shepard being Indcotrinated yet BYNE someone who had no say in the development of the game  says that shepard was " Slightly " indoctrinated and multiple people just start saying he is, when it's clear that shepard IS NOT INDOCTRINATED. That little Ghost kid gave him 3 choices AND YOU/SHEPARD CHOSE THEM.

CONTROL =  Shepard Cannot Be INDOCTRINATEDNOT EVEN SLIGHTLY

Synthethis  =  New D.N.A   CYCLE of destruction ends

 Destroy     =  ( Depending on your E.M.S rating )  All synthetic life is destroyed I.E THE REAPERS ARE DEAD GETH ARE DEAD. WHY WOULD THEY LET YOU CHOOSE TO DESTROY THEM.

You get the "Destroy" option as your first choice. If you dont have enough EMS this is your ONLY choice.
IT states: Destroy is your way rejecting the Indoctrination.
How should that come together? If you are unprepared and your forces are weak you can always reject Indoctrination?

And if you are strong in your EMS you get bonus choices to loose, so i can pick if i want to loose the green or blue way?

Did bioware at anypoint  up until now say this? NO THEY HAVEN'T YET PEOPLE CONTINUE TO THINK  Shepard is Indoctrinated at some point in this game WHEN HE ISN'T  and cannot be.

Except thats not what you said, what he just said is a logical argument what you said was innane dribble that ignored all the points of the argument it was attacking and gave evidence that supported nothing and in facted used the wrong evidence out of the evidence available while attempting to argue that something else was illogical.
