And you also seem to think that he has been indoctrinated the whole game where as some people believe he was only indoctrinated after harbingers laser hit him. 

And scientists still debate today what killed dinosaurs. It's a theory that it was an asteroid but it is the most widely accepted theory.

2/10 if trolling.

If you're serious, then there are several major issues with your assertions on IT.

1.) Indoctrination isn't a light switch (In the more complex Indoc cases). You don't go from individual to thrall in the blink of an eye. It's a battle. A war of attrition inside the mind. And the indoctrination wins through subtle machinations. By manipulating the truth. By providing false choice and lies. By hiding the truth. The better one can see through this, the more chance they have of escaping it, at least for a time. I.E. Saren and Benezia.

2.) Under this line of reasoning, as has been explained by Indoc theorists MULTIPLE times. Blue and Green magic are examples of the false choice I referenced above. He is offered the "choice" not because choosing it will actually control the reapers, but because accepting it in his mind gives the reapers greater control of him! I.E., TIM's logic. The same can be seen with Saren. He choose the Green light, and look where that got him?

As for it being a theory and not proven? Sure, you get points for that. Profoundly astute observation.

Your events are more logical in terms of reality, but the breathing shepard in the symbolic ending would represent the surviving of indoctrination.

Like i say im sitting on the fence here, both would work for me but i wont knock the IT theory because it has valid points, but i see it as a theory, and for the time being a theory only.

As for your ealier point (which i did not read ealrier just now) The fact you state low ems gives you the only option of destroy is probly one of the best arguments against the theory tbh. +1 to you sir.

And yes they did want to indoctrination in the game, its all quoted in the mass effect final hours app(which i highly recomend). They wanted you to loose all control of your shepard, but they game mechanics were to hard to implent so they dropped it. It doesnt say what they dropped though the idea of loosing all control or the indoc as a whole.

I like how he's railing against the indoc proponents for sticking to their beliefs so steadfastly... yet can't see that his little rant is the exact same thing from the other side of the argument.
