Unable to authorize the listed dlc

After the game starts and the game connects to EA-servers, the game gives a following error message:
"Unable to authorize the listed dlc. Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC. Collector's Edition Online Pass Entitlement From Ashes"
The game runs perfectly (I had to fix the internal directx error using
during the installation) , the connections to ea servers are working, I am able to play co-op. The problem is the DLC, it just won't work. I tried to solve the problem with support, but no success there.
Things I tried already:
1) Reinstalling several times (with admin-account, with clean boot)
2) Updating and fixing the game and the dlc using origin (including
http://forums.techar...mes/1457089.htm )
3) Making sure social.bioware.com sees dlc as registered
4) Being logged in everywhere (origin, social.bioware.com) while trying everything
5) Disabling every firewall from computer and modem while doing things above
6) Trying different internet-connection
So guys, any ideas?
Thanks.

And yes, I've tried everything in the book and including what you listed out here. This has to be screw-ups at EA/BioWare side. My hunch is that patch 1.01.

The bad news (really bad news) is that there's no answer so far, dead silence, this is worse than the "shown the finger" treatment...

Just right-click on each add-on and click "check for updates", this fixed it for me and I hope it helps.

The problem has to be on their end since my friend can log onto my computer with his account and play ME3 fine. He pre-ordered the game when I did and does not have this problem.
I've contacted EA help, the first person disconnect me after telling me I have to re-download the DLC. The second person escalated the problem and gave me problem # but have not heard anything since.

*this is for Windows 7 but it may work on other versions*
1. Press [Windows]+[R]
2. Type in "gpedit.msc" (without " ) and hit enter
3. Under "Computer configuration" press on "Administrative Template" -> "System" -> "Internet communication management" -> "Internet communication settings"
4. Search for the entry "Deactivate automatic root certificate update"
5. Doubleclick it
6. Check "Not Configured or Disabled"
7. Hit "OK"
Failing this have you manually uninstalled origin and then re-installed / updated to the latest client.

Wynessa, it seems that Win7 Home premium doesn't contain gpedit..
Oops sorry I forgot that it's only in the Professional and Ultimate versions.
I will look for a workaround for the Home versions.

Thanks for the suggestions, can't verify myself at the moment as I'm still re-downloading ME3, but I've posted links to this thread in these other two threads on the same subject:

Hello,
I have Ult x86. It was already set to Not Config but tried disabled and enabled anyways. I get the same thing.
I haven't uninstalled yet. I'll wait for someone else that is already reinstalling to do it.

The file should be C:\\Origin Games\\Mass Effect 3\\Binaries\\Win32\\Core\\EACoreServer.exe
If not you may need to add it.
