Reading the stickies tends to help most problems. What did you read and what have you tried? What system do you have? Etc etc. You've not even demonstrated that you've read "Read First". Help others to help you.
Looking at your Avatar I see no Dragon Age icons below it, only DA2 maybe. So either you're in the wrong form (this one is for Dragon Age: Origins, not Dragon Age 2) or you have not correctly registered your Dragon Age game for the DLC to be enabled on it.
--- in http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php does not mean there is a problem. Certain DLC simply is either so small (file size) that it does not need a standalone installer, so will automatically install and be available via the in-game system or Bioware simply decided that it needs no "further info".
In short you need to first register the game using the CD key at http://social.biowar...es_register.php (you may need to scroll aways down) and then redeem the code for the DLC at http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php .
After that go into the game, login with the same account and the game should update itself if your options are set correctly. Note: if your game version require the in-game system to download a bunch of updates, be patient. At busy times DLC downloads, installs and updates can take a few minutes rather than the usual few seconds.
Also, it is strongly recommended to patch update to 1.05 which often resolves most DLC authentication issues.
