Today i received an email from EA to contact them back from the last unresolved issue.

I contacted them through chat and here's our conversation:

you:About two weeks ago I was Playing Mass Effect 3 Multi-Player. I had over 66000 Credits, I was about to purchase A Spectre Kit and a pop Message said i wasn't able to purchase at the time to contact EA customer Service. Later that day I started playing Mass Effect 3 Multi-Player and i had lost 60000 credits.

you:I forgot to mention this earlier, I also lost another 5,000 credits thinking it was a once time bug when i tried to purchase a Recruit kit

Vinod:The team should be able to provide you the exact information regarding this, however you canclear console cache, this might help you in many ways.
Vinod:Should I provide you the steps to clear console cache?
you:what would clearing my cache do?
Vinod:It would clear the console's unwanted files that could be re-downloaded.
Vinod:There may be some corrupt files on your system. Let’s try to delete these files by following the steps below:
1. Press the PS button on the controller to enter the PLAYSTATION 3 XBM (XrossMediaBar).2. Select the Game tab.3. Select the Game Data Utility and press the X button.4. Select your game5. Find and delete all the files listed.
you:would that erase my saved progress,credits or other important imformation?
Vinod:No, it would just clear temp files.
