I can't see the "click here" target circle.  Often for any objects, but in this case for a quest advance object.  On surkesh, trying to free the krogan female, at the second last stage.  I clear the cerberus soldiers, and cannot see or click the quest target to advance the quest and have the atlas drop down.

I've played through the game a few times and not had this problem before, but now it is a recurring problem on this toon.  Usually quicksave/quickload resolves the issue temporarily, but in this spot I can't save and can't see the quest target to click, so I can't progress.
