...you would see that they get MUCH more love from the mods and devs. They are just more responsive there. I don't understand: the game was launched at the same time on both platforms, no? How come 360 players' problems get more promptly addressed? Are PS3 players more inferior or something?

I'm listening, Bioware... IF you actually speak here.

I'm starting to suspect the PS3 version was actually outsourced and, as such, BioWare don't have direct expertise on it. Hopefully the forthcoming patch will fix crashes and overall performance, but it might not be done by BioWare themselves.

Of course, I'd love to hear them proving me wrong and assuring they have a clue about what's going on.

Haha, those are words you'll never hear, at least in this section. They don't come here AT ALL.

We're all better off taking our PS3 questions to the Xbox and PC sections until they either ban us for spamming the wrong section (lol) or they start coming here and talking to us.

I was on bioware side when this began. However, the lack of feedback is making me lose my cool. This game needs some serious fixing. We have the worst version of the game. Where is our support? Where is our compensation? I understand we are a small percentage of your customers but that doesn't change the fact that we paid $60-80 dollars for this game.

I've reported this issue to EA (that we aren't happy with the lack of Bioware feedback).

Explained to them the issues a lot of PS3 users have.
I suggest you all do the same - hopefully it will get us noticed if enough do

I'd say that they pay more attention to the 360 forum because there are more 360 users and if there is a bug that affects all platforms then it will be more likely to be reported there.

The PS3 version was not out sourced...

I can tell you that our dev team very much tries to spend equal time on each board however, our Xbox forum is a LOT more active and as such the response from anyone with a <BioWare> tag will seem to be greater in number.

I can assure you that we read these boards. I can assure you we care.

If you have any questions, concerns or comments please PM me. I never sleep as I'm constantly eating cupcakes.

A simple sticky made by someone with <Bioware> tag containing something along the lines of:

We are currently working on:
Issue X (Nearly ready)
Issue Y (Done, awaiting approval)
Issue Z (We haven't got a clue what's causing this... Yet...)

Would save you a lot of hassle, and assuming it would have been updated every now and again it would quite possibly make us ps3 users (same goes for PC and 360 I guess) happy.

This is the single most effective, simple way of solving all of the issues of contact I have had thus far. Seriously consider this Bioware. It would take 5  mins a day to post some sort of status update that ANYONE can check. It would allow us to feel that you are in touch. I know that you can't respond in every thread, so why not make a global sticky thread that lists some sort of status update. Brilliant idea Betsy! My hat's off to you.

Hey tom please when ever u can please provide a list on things that the team is investigating. Something like that would calm us all down and ease our minds.

The problem with making and maintaining a list of things we are investigating/working on is this changes day to day and the list is extremely large and requires coordination from every single group (including those at other locations). This would be extremely hard to coordinate and would take a lot of time away from working on these issues. Although ideally I can agree that it would be a good idea it just isn't reasonable at this time with how much content we're working on.

Simple solution - Make a "Top 5 - 10" out of "major" issues.

We don't need a "real time updates" on ALL the work that's being done. As you said above - More time would have been spent on trying to keep it updated then actually fixing broked stuff. A simple update on the really annoying and nasty things every 2-3 days would really make people happier.

I'm quite excited with the content you are working on -- whatever it is :)

I loved the ME2 DLC

Kasumi was my favorite DLC character - still is - always had her in my squad (unless the story dictated otherwise).

:)

Thomas, thanks for the heads-up. It's (somehow) good to know that the PS3 version is done internally.

Can't blame you for eating cupcakes all night long! I'm more of a petit four guy, though.

Is that from the cupcakes that were send to Bioware from fans who didn't like the ending? I read something about that on IGN or Gamespot lol! Epic response...

I pm'd him, he didn't respond. The sheer ability of EA's devs to outright lie is astonishing.

i have one hell of a rude response from EA tech support i anyone is interested?
i was told the only way to fix crashes is by deleting all my game files, essentially starting over, and when i asked if there was a possibility of deleting my progress and having the same problem, essentially starting over for nothing, i was told it possible, and if it happens contact ea tech support again, then they hung up.

and yes, i have the conversation saved.

Give the dude a break, I'm sure he's got a ton of messages to read through. And besides, the only response that matters is for BioWare to fix their game. Hopefully they'll deliver on that before too long.

Red, Green, or Blue cupcake? I kid. Seriously, though, here is a compiled list of all the bugs I have encountered or been told about so far.

http://social.biowar.../index/10608018

If there is a better, more preferable way for me to format this to make it better on the guys working to fix the problems, or more details you all would like on any of the problems, please let us know.

We're trying to be supportive and assist the process but many of these bugs can, at times, make the game nigh unplayable. Thanks for responding to us. Also PM'ed this.
