Can I "romance" Diana Allers and still properly romance Liara afterwards?

Just out of curiosity, so no need to ask me why I would even consider "romancing" Allers etc etc.
Besides, why have only one when you can have two?

http://social.biowar...5/index/9119820<-- Diana Allers support thread. Most of what there is to know is there.

But in a nutshell, no. Allers is a full romance, Liara will call you on it as normal. Also if you're already locked in with anyone else, Allers' romance will not start.

Because Allers is gross. That's why one instead of two. Have some Tali instead.

Tali looks like a toad and is trapped in a suit.

I didn't think Allers counted, but then again I didn't think Traynor did either until I got in trouble for it.

But if I have the interview and have Allers before I go to talk to Liara in the Citadel will I still be able to open up the romance dialogue with Liara??

You CAN "romance" both Diana and Liara. All that you need to do is to have the geth interview with Diana BEFORE you lock-in with Liara in the Presidium Commons. You can defer locking-in with Liara till as late as before the Cronos Station assault.

yes, but why would you want to? her cutscene is the least/worst in the game..probably reflected in her pathetic 5 EMS points you get. you have to do it before cementing the romance in with Liara...or any other "permanent" romance....to have it work.

You could also use the Gibbed's editor to set Liara's truelove flag to true afterwards. I have done that with the Miranda/Ashley romance and it worked. I romanced both, "did" Miranda first, saved, edited the save to add Ashley's truelove flag to true, ran the game and loaded that save, then had the Ash conversation and romance proceed normally. I don't see why that wouldn't work with Liara too.

That's... deceitful and a little disturbing.

Tali looks like a toad? I was unaware toads had gorgeous long legs and perfect hips.

Wait, there's a person out there who actually likes Allers? I was not aware.
