Hello i would just like to inquire about a purchase having been sent here from the origin helpdesk.
After purchasing 800 bioware points with my paypal account, origin crashed right after having purchased them and i was never able to be sent back to origin for confirmation.
However paypall did substract money from my account, my reference for the transaction is :400557099439 .
I hope this will be enough information, if not let me know what else is required from me as i would rather much like to get what i paid for.
