This! I just cannot believe that they are testing the SMGs and ARs, and they think they are as useful as the sniper rifles and heavy pistols.
It's like they're clueless when it comes to balance.

I just tried a Javelin III. It took me a day and a half to recover from a Sabotage...
I did too. It's awesome on humans (as they don't have anything else to cast). Jav3 put me at -46% or so and cloak-shoot in rapid succession didn't had too much of a cooldown. Cloak was ready by the time I reloaded. I'm looking forward to javelin X actually:D
How long are you taking to reload? That cooldown should have put you at around 10 seconds for TC. My TC comes off cooldown just after reloading on my Widow that leaves it at around 5-5.5 seconds.
Reload is 2,97s (same as widow). The trick here that cloak has the listed recharge time (9,5s or something like that according to my powers screen) if you leave it running for the entire duration. If you don't, you just cloak in, shoot (so you are in cloak for about 1,5 secs) the recharge is much lower (around 3s in this case).

What was wrong with Stasis? I would drop that on a group of mobs, then totter off and head shot stuff while my teammates mowed the frozen mobs down. I has a sad now.

Stasis? They didn't touch stasis as far as I know. They did that 3 weeks ago.

Damage wasn't a problem with SI, you can 1 shot headshot already at a LVL 1 Ranked Javelin.
I guess they didnt like nobody using the spare ammo capacity mod for any of the Sniper Rifles.
Falcon still sucks even if you are the host, still fires too slow besides being a backup weapon for a Krogan Sentinel(I rather take the widow or carnifex).

I've already said far too much on this matter, so let me just say this. If BW wanted to go for the whole space cowboy thing, all pistoles and riiiiiiiiiiifles, then perhaps some artistic changes are in order for the rest of the game? Or is that why you blow everything up at the end? To make Firefly Effect? Or, if BW was going for the whole Federation Phaser set to stun thing, perhaps the phasers (ie hvy pistols) should fire beams of energy instead of projectiles, or again is this why you blew up all the Mass Relays? So we can have warp drives?

Also, the N7 ultra-rares (aside from Javelin) still need balancing. Scorpion, Talon, Wraith need serious upgrades, etc.
This is still a shottie, SR, and pistol game. Let's see some buffs to the other weapons.
