Am I missing something here? I have Ultralight Materials V, and it essentially negates encumbrance of any of the 4 SMGs I have currently unlocked. I throw it on most of my characters, because it literally makes no difference to my recharge timers to take one along or not.
Of course, I don't think I have ever actually used one, since they are still utterly useless on Gold. Hell, if I am playing a Biotic combo class, I rarely even fire a single shot (regardless of what weapon(s) I brought for show), as it slows my Warp/Throw spamming speed.

I wasn't aware that those numbers actually change based on the weapons you are toting. I thought that was the base, and anywhere from a -200% to +200% recharge speed modifier was applied after that, in-game. I guess I will have to test this tonight with other weapons and see if I see a difference. Thanks for the heads-up
FYI, my platform is X360, although I am more apt to trust PC numbers as you can actually pull empirical data without a dev kit.

Yes, I am not a particular fan of the "One button does all" mechanic. At the very least, making revive a different button would be nice. I notice that SELECT isn't used for anything.... Just saying

That isn't a bug. Cloak and then move. Enemies are designed to remember your last seen location and keep firing there. If you cloak and don't move and you keep getting shot, then it's your own stupid fault.

Where's the tweak to Assault Rifles to make them comperable to Sniper Rifles and Pistols?
Where's the buff incentive for us to pick up and use SMGs instead of a proper heavy pistol?

Seriously? Falcon nerf is nice but the bug is still debilitating to the weapon and makes it not worth using.
Javelin buff....is odd. Not unneeded or needed, just...I didn't see it coming.
Talon buff is nice, but it REALLY needs a weight reduction - it weighs as much as a base level Wraith!
Paladin buff/nerf is also weird. You take a strong hitter for casters, then add more damage but make it less appealing to casters. Who uses that gun except for casters? Why do that?
Overall, a bunch of effort to make N7 weapons more competitive, but ultimately misses the key issues have with people using them.

AP Mod works fine for me with the Crusader. Can't speak for the SRs though - I don't have the Sniper Piercing mod.

Yeah, you missed something. Putting armor piercing mods on weapons that already have armor piercing capabilities.

Yeah, you missed something. Putting armor piercing mods on weapons that already have armor piercing capabilities.
They don't actually have natural armor piercing, just penetration. They don't get any sort of damage bonus to armored targets(or aren't supposed to, there is a couple of armored units they're bugged against like the Atlas).
The penetration also stacks. You could have a Javelin with around 3m of penetration if you wanted.

It just means the weight of the weapon in regards to how good/bad of a power cooldown it gives. With the changes to the Javelin, it is now the heaviest weapon in the game with nothing else even tieing it.
