I was wondering where my Memory Band (Ring) & Fire Band (Ring) I get for pre-ordering from EA Store. I dont see it and was wondering there something am suppose to do ?

They should show up in your Downloadable Content. It took me until today to get mine. Apparently the EA Store is supposed to e-mail you codes; I never got mine. I have been requesting support for this issue since the day the game released and they finally figured it out today. They enable the items and they now appear as two different items under my DLC. In game they just appeared in my inventory.

I also had this problem and about 2-3 weeks ago I sent the question to EA "support" and they finally got back to me and told me they enabled my stuff. So I log into my game to check out my new stuff and its there, but the memory band is just a ring with no abilities. Yay.
