Liara told me Shepard she loved her near the end of ME3 when you're both in the captains cabin. I stayed faithful from ME1.

Hmm... I think I'll let Miranda die in my Miranda playthrough. That scene is so much better than the hologram one at the end(I see you share the same thought, probably should have actually read the post before making this one).

And from what I've seen most characters seem to say it at some point.

Ashmancer, Ash says it twice maybe 3 times cant remember, first time before the sex scene then I think after it and then at London. Pretty touching scene if you didnt cheat in ME2 pre sex scene, cheesy as all hell yeah but still good only good part of all the romances was the conclusions,some were satisfying but Jack's wasnt

Garrus definitely didn't say it to my Shep. I assume that's just not something turians say, because he seems devoted enough.

It might already be posted, but I'm pretty sure Ash says that she loved you on Horizon in ME2, and she says she loved the old Shepard on Mars.

You can finally then tell her you love her when she comes to the cabin before the assault on Martin Sheen's base.

Ashley says it multiple times before the last mission in ME3, from the video I saw.

Shep says it to Garrus. He never says it back, but his actions speak for themselves.

Both VS say it, though it may only be if you stay loyal in 2. Tali and Laria says it as well. Garrus talks about starting a family sooo...yeah.

Thane dies without saying it, Jacob is a dirty pig-dog, Jack does not say it but clearly cares, Miranda does if about to die.

Keelah Se'lai has a bit more to it than "aloha." Especially in the context of the scene.

That being said, it would've been nice for Shepard to say "I love you" to her during the (too short) romance scene later in the game.

Garrus says he cares about you in the sex scene, but you don't get him to say "love" except in a message via the iOS app where calls you beautiful and ends it with "Love G". No idea how canonical that app is, though...

Liara says it twice for my. Once before the love scene and when she gives me the "gift" at the end. Before the love scene in both play throughs she initiates and femshep says, "I love you too." but I saw a youtube video where femshep initiates with, "I love you, Liara T'Soni," which in my opinion i more powerfull, yet I can't figure out how to get that conversation option. Anyone?

EDIT: Actually, it looks like earlier in the conversation when Liara asks if you're ready you have the option of basically saying "you first." If you don't, that carries through to the "L" word and you end up saying it first. Just in case anyone wants to see that dialogue.

Liara says it twice in ME3 I believe. Shep also says it back. Tali says it, but Shep gives it the Keela bit.

And that is all I know.........................What does Thane say to Femshep in ME3??? For an LI..I'd like to know....

Well, as frequently stated, Tali says it to Shepard. But during their goodbye on Earth, Tali asks Shepard if he remembers what they said just before Shepard pwnt the Reaper. The way Mark Meer quotes 'I love you' really makes it sound like he's telling Tali rather than quoting her, if that makes any sense.
Not sure if that counts *shrug*

I can't believe I missed that. I'm looking for the video, but I can't seem to find one.
