Why bother, the mercs are stranded at earth! And even it the takeover occurred sooner in the game, adding another war asset is STILL not going to change the choiceless ending...
Would you buy a Retake Omega DLC if it was released?

Ending fix first, then I'll buy pretty much everything.

I want the closure DLC/patch first. But in time... sure.

not before a proper ending fix.
Hell, I normally play a game like this 3 times in a row minimum, then another maybe 3 times with DLC. I had a hard time finishing it twice, not playing anymore unless something interesting comes out of it. Omega wouldn't qualify as interesting.

If it's a mission before the return to Earth to gain more war assets then I really can't see the point.
I'd prefer to think Aria was one of the casualties in the Citadel off screen death fiasco.

Yeah, I would/will. I'm not going to kid myself. Even as disappointed as I was/am with the last 5-10 minutes of ME3, the Mass Effect series as a whole is still my favorite universe across all mediums.

no finished ending, no buying DLC

If the ending as is stays, then no. Why would I pay to 'save' Omega, or do anything additional via DLC, when I know I'm just dooming it anyways when reaching the ending?

Not before an ending fix, no. Just not that interested in replaying to get to the current ending.
After, though... Absolutely yes, especially if there was a chance of Aria as a temp squaddie. She's one of my favourite side characters.

*looks at Galaxy Map*
"Priority: Omega"
*turns off game*
No real point to pre-end DLC if the current endings are left in place.

If we didn't know that Aria is likely murdered along with everyone else on the Citadel, then maybe. But as it is, no.

Nope. Not another dime 'til the ending is fixed.

Not until we get a fixed ending which doesn't involve multi-coloured explosions...
Why fight to re-take omega when its next to a relay thats going to go supernova or explode like a stoner's rave party thus cuting them off from the rest of the galaxy. That'll be a nice painful slow death for everyone inside; good job shepard; time well spent.

Not until they further elaborate on the endings and make a memorial DLC for Marauder Shields (asking for too much?).

Omega/Aria really dont interest me all that much. If it was heavy on squad interaction i may be tempted... to youtube it.
But no i wouldn't buy it with endings the way they are.

Yes. I always was curious about that since Aria talked about it in ME 3 and in the collector's edition comic. Seemed kind of interesting.
