On the other hand, I don't hate her enough to want her to die as a banshee on the citadel either... hm.

In my view, whether they like it or not, they need to admit to themselves that they made a big mistake. Whether they agree with customers' perception of the ending or not, it exists, and it's not good. I think you'll find that the same folks from these companies that use artistic integrity to defend their product, will drop that defense like a bad habit when they realize it's cutting into their profit enough. But, I may be wrong. We'll see how resolute the fanbase is.

Most say no, but they will anyway, and the numbers will show it. Because as much as you hate the ending, the rest of the game was pretty good, and anything that adds to that will be quite irresistible to fans.
It's like eating fast food, and one time you go to your favorite place and not only does the last piece of the meal you eat taste like ****, but it gives you food poisoning as well. You'll be pissed, your write on the restaurants website and google maps review about how crappy that meal was, but as soon as they start adverting a new item that looks good, you'll go right there and buy it and try it, and you'll almost forget about that last meal but not entirely.
The point is, one experience won't deter most, and the ones it does deter have already returned their copies of mass effect 3, so their no longer part of the equation anyway.
I'm glad you're so sure.
Couldn't be bothered with DA II DLC, and this is actually easier to ignore.

Why would the people on Omega starve to death?CELL55 wrote...
Why would I? It would be pointless. Omega is basically a death trap in ALL the endings; anyone stuck there is just going to starve to death.

What I don't understand is, if everyone liked every part of the game that's not the ending, why does everyone insist that ending DLC is the only they'll buy? Surely the ending DLC will be inferior to non-ending DLC as well.
Seeing how terribly wrong the game ends buying a dlc - no matter how cool it would be - would make no sense, certainly wouldn't make a difference. Why waste my hard earned cash for something if I already feel like cheated by the ending. Or you only play the game for the gameplay? I play it for it's story and characters, otherwise I don't care. That's why I'm not a gamer - there are only a handful of games I like (eg. The Witcher games, Thief games, and of course ME).
