[Basher of Glory]

After playing different classes since some days I seem not to be able to "buy" one of these packs in the shop.
Mostly I receive the message "one or more of your purchase(s) could not....".
Then I see the amount deducted, which I would have spent and after a while I get it refunded - well, mostly.

When I log out and back in, my amount of credits is shortened by the amount I'd spent to buy something. Then - agin, only mostly - I can check my character(s) and see a new weapon, sometimes a new class unlocked.

Although I did this procedure many times now, I managed to get the packs the way it should be only twice.

Once even my remaining BIO-points were deducted and I wrote to EA-support. They answered, that this issue is known and BW is working on it. When I logged in again, my BIO-points were refunded, but my credits were gone and I did not get any item or anything else.

I see numerous threads of similar matters and I'd like to know, if there are plans to fix this and if so, when.
