I Really enjoyed some of the background dialogue between my party members. Would love to try a playthru just to hear the banter that I may have missed.
My fav was Jack and EDI on Grissom Academy meeting
EDI "Jack's personality appears largely unchanged"
Jack "Hey EDI. Nice Body. Now you look like a sexbot instead of a sex toy"

As soon as I got the Turian Primarch and he said "Garrus is down in the main battery; he said he had to do some calibrations" It just caught me so off guard and I just laughed for a full 30 seconds before doing anything. Then my femshep said "sounds like Garrus" except you could tell that Jennifer Hale must've been dying recording that line and I laughed again.
ME3 has some funny moments because your squad is pretty close by now.
