Most of Grissom Academy with Jack constantly stopping herself from swearing.

"I'm Garrus Vakarian and this is my favorite spot on the Citadel!"

Though actually, almost anything Garrus says is funny. There's a reason he's always in my party, and it's because I constantly find his banter amusing.

at the start of Sur'Kesh, along the wall opposite the lift that Eve rides on later in the mission there's a salarian at a control panel.

EDI responds that she will have to inject Joker with chemicals or something like that.

I laughed a lot throughout ME3 and keep finding new things in my second playthrough.

Conrad's shrine, anything Aethyta say, I'm not going to date Harbinger... lots of good moments.

On the 360 version, when you complete that mission for the first time it unlocks an achievement right as the screen goes black, so the noise of the achievement popping is bleeping Jack. Genius. Haha.

If you want a good laugh, head to purgatory bar after cerberus attacks the citadel, go to the dance floor and you should find something to drink on the counter, keep on drinking it and see what happens
(note:you may be able to do this before the cerberus attack but that's when i did it.)
