In my playthrough, before you start the final mission and you go around the ship talking to squadmates...I went to talk to Tali/Garrus in the armory place...you catch them about to make out...that was pretty funny haha

^The two top laugh-out-loud moments in the game for me--I literally laughed until the tears ran down my face!

Garrus's banter: he's been a staple member of my party for 3 playthroughs now because his banter is so awesome.

OK, pretty much anything involving Garrus!  (Ironically, I wasn't even that huge a fan of his in the other two games!)

It seemed like just about anything Wrex said was either awesome or hilarious. The same goes for Garrus and Tali. Javik had his moments too.

Liara's father in ME3 I think is the same char as the bartender on illium in ME2 and that was the funniest scene in that game.

The funniest moment for me was when everyone turned their backs to the supposedly dead Kai Leng and he gets up. I saw it coming but it still made me laugh.
