I set my opener to X for the command console. I then do this exactlywithout the space of course before the x or the period at the end. x runscript zz_money 1000 enter x enter. AM I doing anything wrong? My target is typed as it should be -enabledeveloprconsole. Should I press shift X to make it uppercase? When i change it to ~ do I type it as tilde? Help pleae, very frustrating.

Do you get the full set of keyboard characters at the top of the screen once you start typing the runscript part? It should show up if the console is open.

After you've opened the console with whatever key you've bound it to, by default it's the key at the top left corner of your keyboard next to the number 1 (the Tilde key).
runscript zz_money 1000000 (press enter)
And make sure your save is backed up if you care about it. Using the console commands can sometimes bork the game/file.
