 I bought DAO in 2009, used my Blood Dragon Armour and Stone Prisoner codes and played the game and had a blast. Recently I had to switch computer but was able to move my saves to a thumb drive. I then installed DAO and transfered the files to my new computer but when I try to play them, its says I dont have the neccesary DLC. When I log in with my account, shouldnt it know that I own the DLC? I tryed re-entering the codes but they are no longer valid.
Please help!

This is a fairly common issue.  A few things might be happening.  First, you need to check this page:

http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

... and see if Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor is listed.  If it is, then:

1) The game is not syncing up with the server, which can be fixed by installing the 1.05.

or... 2) You're not actually logged in the game.  Make sure you're using this account.

If you *don't* see the info on that web page, then you need to make sure you're using the correct account, because the DLC is associated with another one, most likely.  DLC redeem codes, btw, are only used once.

I had accidentaly made 2 accounts and called bioware support and they were able to merge the 2 but maybe my DLC didnt get transfered to this one?

Makes sense.  You'll need to go to help.ea.com and click on "Contact a Game Advisor".

I was able to get some free codes from a helpful advisor and now I can play. Thanks!
