they don't make you rename your shepard though. you can just keep his name as it is. one click of hte button. that's all I did. no customization or anything.

Each Male character is named after a Primarch of the Imperium of Man. Lion El'Jonson, Sanguinius, Perturabo, Ferrus Manus, Fulgrim, Crorax, etc.. with appropriate colors as well.

As the names have really no purpose and I have sometimes promoted characters I have a pretty simple system. I just name them by class and placement in the line. So the Salarian Infiltrator for example is called INF-03 and the Human Female Vanguard VAN-02.
