I have a systematic way of naming my characters. I use the first 3 chars of the race and first 3 of the class and add the number of times i've flipped them to the end.

So like my battlefield 3 solder who i've flipped 5 times is named batsol5 . My solarian infiltrator who hasn't been flipped is solinf1 .

My BF3 solider is called Battlehooog (from IGdaily) and the rest are just a combination of random letters and numbers as names don't make a difference to single player or multiplayer

Although I have all races unlocked in all classes, even played some a bit before promoting the main char in that class and resetting them all to level 1, these are the only chars I've been playing for a while now.

This is a bioware community for the die-hard fans of Mass Effect. Im sure you can come up with some creative and cool/believable alien names. I know I have.

Could be worse - there must be at least one other person out there who spend ages making sure their alien character names fit the established conventions and sounds of the canon characters...
