When I logged in to multiplayer, sometimes when I try to buy the packages it freezes on the loading screen and about one min later it says error couldn't be processed. Sometimes it gives me the items after I exit and come back in, and other times it takes my credits and doesn't give me anything. I am aware that others have posted on this issue but I wanted  to know if anything is being done to fix this issue. Thank you.

Thanks Panda! I also have noticed logging in and out fixes it temporarily

The worse part is when it actually takes all my points without actually giving me back what I try to purchase.

Go to the store, then exit, then log back in. Don't navigate to anything else, go straight to the store. You'll have to do this everytime you want to see your store purchases.

Thanks Snarf your suggestion worked the best for me. Although its a pain in the butt to do it.
