I recently completed the Landsmeet and was told my next step would be to head to Redcliffe. I wanted to stop by the storage chest before heading to redcliffe, but Soldier's Peak/Warden's Keep is no longer on my map. I confirmed that I was logged in and that Warden's Keep was enabled in my content. I also noticed that my sword (Starfang), my helm (don't remember), and the staff I had equipped on Wynn (don't remember) are also missing. This did not appear to happen until after my equipment was removed from my PC at the fort.

I created a ticket/question on the support page, but Bioware/EA is not honoring its 24hr response time (It's been 3 business days).

Things I have tried:

1. unchecked Warden's keep from download content -> checked Warden's keep in download content -> fired up saved game.

2. Checked my saved game at the fort and I do not have my sword (starfang) or helm (don't remember) after my and Allister's gear from the chest.

Any assistance from the community would be appreciated since it doesn't look like Bioware is going to answer my ticket any time soon.

I have tried all the fixs they have listed on the site, and there doesnt appear to be a fix. I have contacted them and asked how to return their pos game to them.

Where are all the fixes listed? I had this problem and this is what I did:



1) Disable soldier's peak content.

2) Force load recent save.

3) Save game.

4) Exit

5) Enable soldier's peak.

6) Load game. The guy giving the quest was in camp again.



Of course, I hadn't done the quest yet, so this might not work for those that have.

I'm sorry about the garbage in the post. There must be something wrong with Bioware's editor, because that doesn't appear at all when I'm editing it and I cannot remove it from the post. I'll try again, but with their "quick reply".



I am having the exact same problem. I completed the Warden's Keep quest quite some time ago and have returned there many times for the stash and the merchants, but a few days ago the icon disappeared from the map and the weapons and armor I had collected during the quest disappeared. This happened right in the middle of the games. I was in one of the nightmare sections of the circle of magi quest and suddenly Alistair is fighting with his fists, because the weapon he had was from Warden's Keep.



Initially, I figured their DRM server went down so I didn't say anything for a few days, but the problem has persisted.



I contacted technical support, but unfortunately, the customer service person just kept cutting and pasting in text about having trouble downloading or installing the DLC, even though I provided screen shots showing it was not only downloaded, but it was installed, and enabled. Of course, I mentioned several times that I'd played it. Eventually, he referred me to this forum.

have not played in awhile went to play and it said i was not autherised to play my own save as the extras i have wardens keep stone prisoner etc seem not to be registered to me even though i boutght them any ideas? cant play at all now with current carachters

I had the same problem this last playthrough. I had finished WK and all, and I load a game...no Warden Commander armor, no icon on map, all the crap I got...vanished in thin air. tried the disable/enable mix, but nothing.

Check out This Thread, and if those suggestions don't work, try This One. I had to use the second one to fix mine when it disappeared.

This problem, as I discovered, can be caused if you have done a forced load. I had RTO, WK, and Blood Dragon and Starfang all disappear on me after I force-loaded a game that had some annoying re-spawning armor that I did not and could not use that I had downloaded from here. That does not mean that they are gone, only that they are gone for the game you are playing. I was able to verify this was so by reloading a save I had made of my first visit to camp. I found that everything was still there that you needed to make RTO and WK appear and they did so. I also again force-loaded the point where I got rid of the offending re-spawning armor. Again everything was there. It was the next so-called clean save after the force load that made these items disappear. My advice is be careful what you download and try to avoid force loads. Start a new game, if you must, to see if you are actually physically missing the disappearing items before you panic. Once you are playing don't remove something you don't like so you won't have to do a force load. That my advice. Take or leave.
