I was just running with what was said. My comment assumed that IDT was proven as fact. IF that happens then well it would kinda make my statement true. If not then disregard

In interviews prior to launch, BioWare claimed there would be no post-ending DLC. (The reasoning being "it would be a wasteland".)
I wish they'd stop being so ambiguous and just answer the question in a direct, clear manner already. These "wink-wink" and "don't worry" antics are getting old fast and are, frankly, insulting.

I was being tongue in cheek.
Although I do find it somewhat obnoxious how IT fans are saying those that don't believe it are stupid and blind. And if it's true, they will shove in people's face. Like really?
Lol if it's proven false, I sure as hope people that didn't believe it don't do that to you. I wish people would just not do it at all. It's an obnoxious behavior.

The issue, Mr. Priestly, is that the series has written itself into a narrative corner. Any DLC that does not address the ending is going to be meaningless --- what's the point of getting another 200 points of EMS if my Shepard will still only have three options that will ultimately end up dooming Earth and seperating him from his crew even if he manages to survive because Joker decided to bail for some reason that still won't be explained.

I'm not following - what is the "I told you so?"
Bioware has said that they planned on DLC for a while - but the DLC was all about multiplayer. They recently announced that in response to the large number of paying customers who are saying "hey - this is a lousy game" they were going to announce "something" in April that would provide additional content to "answer questions and provide closure". That statement also seems pretty clear - no new endings, just more poorly written content trying to justify an indefensible ending for ME3.
That has all been clear for a while and the tweet seems to be saying the same thing - "we never said we were changing it".
So what is the "I told you so?"

im not saying its cool, but it is a natural reaction.
ASSUMING IDT is proven, then those people running around swearing it is real would in turn be right. And those people have been called some serious names for their beliefs.
It would take a very strong person to not say I told you so when that raging friend finally saw that 3d boat. Especially after the doubter insulted the original boat viewer.

But at the same time, it's unlikely the endings will change, no matter how poorly received they were. Sadly this is ME canon. Time for some fanon instead.

But the perhaps part was in case Priestly came in here and crushed all our hopes
EDIT: And BTW, if we want to throw out Bioware statements I can throw some that say "Already existing plans for future content and a ME4 and this isn't the end of Shepard." But I don't, because they are equally as untelling as the statements hinting there is nothing (noteworthy) more.

And this is why we're not going to get a good ending, IMHO.
Wait....so...whatt?....that's horrible. Mass relays destroyed, my entire crew on starchild (aka god) knows what planet, all Earth its collapsed, Shepard is hurt badly, reapers and geths are destroyed...seriously, what else can they do to make it worst?
