I can confirm that I'm experiencing the same exact bug as Irish_Niall, and that it only occurs after installing the latest patch (Patch 1.03, I believe, though I am not entirely sure). I can pick up weapon mods without any problems without the latest patch installed, but if I install it, I'm unable to pick up any mods unless I remove the patch again. I hope Bioware will fix this problem soon since it is severely impacting my enjoyment of the singleplayer mode of Mass Effect 3. *crosses fingers*

No problem at all. I'm just happy that you're keeping this thread active so that Bioware is aware of the glitches people are experiencing. Thankfully, the only glitch I've been experiencing has been the one Irish_Niall described, so hopefully when Bioware fixes it, I'll be able to play the game without encountering any more glitches. Thank you for keeping this compilation updated and active.

Normally I do this because I'm busy getting shot at by hordes of mooks or chased by a banshee/brute. Then the bug grabs me and wastes roughly the time I thought to save by jumping .

- When we first head to Huerta Memorial to see the VS, during the cutscene Shepard says to the doctor "If you need something, doctor, let me know".
The line is said in Italian as if shepard is talking to a female doctor (he sais "dottoressa" instead of "dottore") while we see an old bald male doctor, and this leads to a very awkward scene.
It can easily be fixed by putting a female medic model in the scene instead, as the doctor has no lines and the dialogues can then be left as they are.
- During the rachni mission on Utukku there's a point where (I think) the roof collapses and blocks the path for shepard and his/her team. Unfortunately nothing happens except the dialogues, with the camera that stays on shepar as he/she screams "Ah!" but he/she stands still doing nothing.
At the end of the clip, the rubbles that should block the path are not visible, but the path is blocked anyway by the collision box of the debris.
- When Mordin sings his "Salarian Scientist" on top of the tower on Tuchanka he doesn't move his lips at all.

I really enjoy the game and continue to purchase often but think that if you are using "Real Dollars" you should be able to get the new content. If you are using "Earned" credits then I understand the Random nature. SO not sure if I have a technical issue but this is becoming VERY Frusterating.

this issue is messing up players who join games and cannot see any enimies, just the host. This has been going on since the Earth DLC. it has happen to me twice and other send me live notes complaining
Bioware please check it out
