Ghost1017 you should split the OP up into 2 sections: 1 for multiplayer bugs and 1 for singleplayer bugs.  It would make it a lot easier to read.

BUG: In multiplayer the Prothean Particle Rifle takes ammo from ammo boxes even if your ammo for all weapons and grenades is full. This happens whether you are host or not.

Bug: When purchasing Equip. packs (esp. Premium Specter Packs) in MP, about 60% of the time you receive 'normal' rarity human training card even though these have been completely unlocked, and the character classes are at level 20. Takes 45 - 60 min to earn the 99k needed and then to get useless card is insulting. Would rather receive thermal clip packs instead (which i have about 275 of).

On the PS3 version, I can confirm that the vanguard glitch still occurs in multiplayer. The one where your character floats higher and higher into the sky. I think it's on all platforms. Let me tell you what happened to me tonight.

We had completed the challenge for wave 10, but there were still enemies alive. The rest of my squad died, and my krogan vanguard encountered the glitch. I tried to let myself get shot, but for some reason I kept coming back to life (still glitched)! After reviving against my will for the 5th time, I decided to leave the game for the good of the other players. I forfeited my own credits, but I figured there's no sense in punishing them for a bug in the game, so at least they got their XP and credits.

I don't know if this qualifies, but this just happened in SP:

Shepard went to check on VS in hospital, room was locked (no green thing to open the door with, possibly because it's not supposed to happen yet, or because Shepard dumped the VS in the previous conversation, not sure really), VS was standing inside. By moving close to the glass wall, I was able to target and activate the "contratulations on becoming a spectre"-konversation, which has Shepard in the hospital room with the VS. But afterwards, the door was still locked, no green button to open it, and no other option than reloading since Shepard was basically trapped in the room.

Oddly funny, but kind of annoying still the same. ^^;;

Well it makes the vanguard hard to play.  It's a little aggravating because the krogan vanguard is my favorite character.  I wish there was a way for them to fix this.

This would definitely need to be in the next patch.

This happened awhile back, but I never got around to posting it.

So, I was playing the suicide mission in ME2, and Zaeed got crushed by Human Reaper parts. I was devastated and sighed heartbrokenly, and Shepard looked at his casket. A couple hours later, I transferred my Shepard into ME3. I was looking at the Memorial Wall, and I noticed Zaeed wasn't there. I dismissed it, thinking it was probably a glitch that a name wouldn't show up.
Then I got to the volus diplomat, was in the office and I heard Zaeed's voice. Not only was he alive, but he was also loyal.

Did anyone else have a case of seeing dead people or was it just me?

I don't know if anybody posted here about this problem (it's kinda hard to read through 15 pages, though I looked in the list and didn't see it there so I decided to reply), but I know its common knowledge on other threads, and it happens to me and my friends a lot on PC, specially lately:
  • throw, warp, pull, lash and some other ranged targetting biotics simply hit the air and do nothing, don't trigger explosions and ignore the enemy. It happens both in single player and multiplayer. It's making it almost impossible to play biotic characters since their main powers don't work.
Also:
  • SP: Shepard's eyes turning 180° happened on the Turian squad rescue mission too (the one to find the son of the Primarc)
  • MP: I saw the post about the frame rate issue, I have it on PC as well.
  • MP: Firebase Jade - if you take cover on extraction it counts you off dead.
  • MP: Fury and Slayer become invisible after dodging or heavy melee sometimes
  • MP: vanguards start getting higher and higher after biotic charges until they glitch completely and can't move anymore
  • MP: Firebase Giant hosts lots of glitches - invincible enemies (they damage the players but don't take damage, or they don't even damage players, players that can't atack and take damage (they start looking like running in place or stuck in cover)
  • MP: sometimes "selected" enemies would become invisible. Once in Firebase Condor all phantoms would be invisible to me, restarting the game seemed to fix it. In other maps turrets would become invisible and only their firing would tell their locations, this happened more than once.

PC Bug: The user interface does not scale to resolution. At high resolutions, HUD elements and subtitles are tiny.

"Bug: If autologin to EA servers is disabled, the "looking for DLC" prompt stays there no matter what, until you load up or start a new game."

This just happened to me on the Xbox, however I'm not able to do anything once "Checking downloadable content" flashes up. Basically no online anything w/o EA sign-in turned on. Its not an issue for me in I can just disconnect my local connection via virtual switch and I don''t play x-player, just an inconvenience when checking for updates.

I haven't played in about a month and before that used to go on and off-line on the Xbox as I pleased. EA conspiracy I guess.

I mention this because when I first read a thread about this I thought the op was being a troll and made fun of him or her . I would like to apologize.. YOU WERE RIGHT I AM DUMB.

Bug: Often when you try to pick up mods you will not get them. Shepar will do the pick up-animation but you won´t get any confirmation that the mod was aquired. It will not show up at the workbench and neither will it show up in the spectre shop.

So far this has happened to me on Mars, Palaven, Grissom Academy and Sur'Kesh.

Bug: Towards the end of the game in the final cutscene with Shepard, Anderson and Illusive Man. The final 'Ultimate' Paragon/Renegade option remains greyed out, despite multiple playthroughs with very high reputation and paragon/renegade points. I can access all of the dialogue in this scene apart from the very final selection of dialogue in order to convince and subdue the Illusive man to my Shepard's beliefs.

If you don't choose certain speach options during Shepard's 1st meeting with virtual Illusive Man on the Mars mission, (the 1st mission) you loose that choice on that meeting with Shep. Anderson and TIM.. I'm not sure,about the details, check the ME Wiki.

Hello all new to the forms here but I still have yet to see anyone with the problems I am experianceing so here it goes...
1. In multyplayere all of my grenade based guns except the turrien sniper rifle explode as soon as they leave the barrel.
2. In the campain my companions no matter who they are freeze in place (will still voice a reply when i issue a command) and will just stand thier invisible to all enimies (thus i am the only target) and results in a unplayable insainty difficulty. (i can fix this by quick saving and the loading the game back up)
3. At this point in the game (just got finished with the first geth mission on my insanity play through) and i am now plagued by two shot instent deths in the missions (first shot gets rid of my shealds second one killes my) ran into this problem fighing regular geth troopers as well as canables and muraders.

Also of note I have not run into any of these problems when i have started a fresh charcter on ME3 (i do not have any other characters to import from ME2, as they are no where near finishing the game.

if anyone can offer advice please let me know.

Hey everyone! I'm new here and just passing by to report a bug. I've encountered a few lately but not sure if they're listed here already, anyway here goes:
1. In multiplayer, sometimes (rarely) the player gets stuck in their position and stutterly floats up and down. The player can still be controlled but they're stuck in their position, having a birds-eye-view of the map.
2. Sometimes enemies (with biotics most of the time) goes invisible (ie. Banshee). This also applies to characters with full body biotics like N7 Fury.
3. Graphical glitch. This one is hard to explain, but here's the link to the photo.

This is from a lvl 60 imported character, and like I said... Full paragon, including choices. This is the second playthrough it's happened now.

The new DLC will erase your new mods when you start a NG+. You still keep your weapons though.

Ditto. I've been experiencing this for the past few weeks. In fact, these are the ONLY character cards i've been getting. I haven't received any of the other races. Not even 1 lousy N7 character. The Earth pack DLC has been out over a month now, and I still haven't unlocked any of those characters. I'm ready to throw in the towel any day now.
