BUG: In multiplayer the Prothean Particle Rifle takes ammo from ammo boxes even if your ammo for all weapons and grenades is full. This happens whether you are host or not.

Ghost1017 you should split the OP up into 2 sections: 1 for multiplayer bugs and 1 for singleplayer bugs. It would make it a lot easier to read.

On the PS3 version, I can confirm that the vanguard glitch still occurs in multiplayer. The one where your character floats higher and higher into the sky. I think it's on all platforms. Let me tell you what happened to me tonight.
We had completed the challenge for wave 10, but there were still enemies alive. The rest of my squad died, and my krogan vanguard encountered the glitch. I tried to let myself get shot, but for some reason I kept coming back to life (still glitched)! After reviving against my will for the 5th time, I decided to leave the game for the good of the other players. I forfeited my own credits, but I figured there's no sense in punishing them for a bug in the game, so at least they got their XP and credits.

Well it makes the vanguard hard to play. It's a little aggravating because the krogan vanguard is my favorite character. I wish there was a way for them to fix this.

I don't know if anybody posted here about this problem (it's kinda hard to read through 15 pages, though I looked in the list and didn't see it there so I decided to reply), but I know its common knowledge on other threads, and it happens to me and my friends a lot on PC, specially lately:Also:
- throw, warp, pull, lash and some other ranged targetting biotics simply hit the air and do nothing, don't trigger explosions and ignore the enemy. It happens both in single player and multiplayer. It's making it almost impossible to play biotic characters since their main powers don't work.
- SP: Shepard's eyes turning 180° happened on the Turian squad rescue mission too (the one to find the son of the Primarc)
- MP: I saw the post about the frame rate issue, I have it on PC as well.
- MP: Firebase Jade - if you take cover on extraction it counts you off dead.
- MP: Fury and Slayer become invisible after dodging or heavy melee sometimes
- MP: vanguards start getting higher and higher after biotic charges until they glitch completely and can't move anymore
- MP: Firebase Giant hosts lots of glitches - invincible enemies (they damage the players but don't take damage, or they don't even damage players, players that can't atack and take damage (they start looking like running in place or stuck in cover)
- MP: sometimes "selected" enemies would become invisible. Once in Firebase Condor all phantoms would be invisible to me, restarting the game seemed to fix it. In other maps turrets would become invisible and only their firing would tell their locations, this happened more than once.

If you don't choose certain speach options during Shepard's 1st meeting with virtual Illusive Man on the Mars mission, (the 1st mission) you loose that choice on that meeting with Shep. Anderson and TIM.. I'm not sure,about the details, check the ME Wiki.

Premium Specter Packs) in MP, about 60% of the time you receive 'normal' rarity human training card even though these have been completely unlocked, and the character classes are at level 20. Takes 45 - 60 min to earn the 99k needed and then to get useless card is insulting. Would rather receive thermal clip packs instead (which i have about 275 of).
