When using the light materials mod on pistols cannot equip the ammo capacity mod at the same time, it disappears.
Tried to join a friend's session in multiplayer. Was taken back to the multiplayer menu screen, got the message communicating with server. The game froze but was able to hit the controller menu button and return to the dashboard.
During object retrieval wave, player picked up package and left match. The package also disappeared with that player so unable to complete the wave.
When carrying the package during object retrieval wave sometimes the camera shifts so the horizon set at an angle. Usually clears once object is dropped.

Rarely- when in direct line and come across Cerberus troops and firing at them, they will not fire back and you can quite easily kill them without moving.
The Arrae Ex Cerberus scientists quest,I didn't have the Atlas bug but froze entirely once during loading ( had to restart console and this was at first ladder up to fix turrets) and the second time it was perpetually loading, nothing else affected (when back down when talking to Brynn and Jacob, selecting wait option), and character direction, facing was off, and loading times overall slower despite game installation to harddrive. Given there's already a known bug with this mission, I'm curious as to other people's playthroughs and issues they've encountered.

1. Matriarch Aethyta Glitch, she thinks I'm Liara's girlfriend even though my shepard never romanced her. I keep getting "girlfriend with shady connections" instead of "commander with shady connections".
2. There is a turian cruiser in Priority: Palaven that is flying backwards. It's firing at one of the reapers and later crashes next to it and all you see is smoke afterwards. The crash happens right when you meet some turians on your way south to the new primarch and please note I'm not talking about the turian fighter jet crash where Garrus goes "That was a little to close for Comfort".
3. Garrus goes invisible glitch. I have experienced this on that one mission where we meet Jacob (this was on the list), and now I have experienced it also in the Leviathan DLC. It happened on that creepy mining station where we talk to those two miners. I romanced him and should have seen him put his hand on my sheps shoulder but I only see shepard standing all by herself.
4. Not to sure if this is a glitch, but the Far Rim and Perseus Veil disappear after I do Priority: Thessia. I think it was the Leviathan DLC that caused this.

I'm not entirely sure about the achievement. Did you do all the Citadel quests and side missions?

After the Coup attempt, the 2 C-Sec officers are having their martial law discussion - choosing to support Martial Law does not register on the war assets instead it docks me for having supported the contrary view.
I have tried twice, both times I supported Martial Law - the proper dialogue triggered(I have done it the other way as well), yet the War Assets still talk about focusing on smaller crimes.

TBF they did fix a lot of gamebreaking ones in previous patches and they fixed the black screen. I'm still waiting for them to fix this list though.

TBF they did fix a lot of gamebreaking ones in previous patches and they fixed the black screen. I'm still waiting for them to fix this list though.
I wish Priestly or someone would at least say "its in the works" or something. Even if its not definite, just something!

99% of the SP bugs have not been fixed yet.
Oh yeah, Leviathan stuff:
The lines spoken by party members when talking to them on the Normandy just ramble off one after the other with no pause between lines.
Some characters (and this happens in the main game as well, not just this DLC) their lines will just cut off mid sentence.
While making repeat visits to Dr. Bryson's lab on the Citadel, EDI changes costumes between what I have selected for her during combat and her default appearance.
When Character A speaks the subtitles will appear on screen as normal. When Character B speaks directly after, the subtitles will appear as normal. BUT after Character B speaks (or whoever speaks last) the subtitles will flash back to what Character A (or whoever spoke second to last) was saying.
Regualr glitch, not just for Leviathan - Mods I put on one characters weapons will sometimes also equip on that same weapon for other characters. Like say if I put an ammo capacity mod on a specific sniper rifle, Garrus will have it equipped on that same sniper rifle. Its annoying if I want different characters to use the same weapon but with different mods. Same thing also happens with weapons. If I want Shepard to have a specific say asault rifle, it will sometimes auto-equip that same assault rifle on other characters even though I equipped them with a different assault rifle.

It is still bugged. This patch was mostly for MP.
