 After selecting the armor locker it takes a while for armor set to display on Shep.

During marauder shields/entire citadel end encounter, powers are still usable via kinect.

I have had this happen to me too. Most of the bugs i encountered were multi-player.

Bug: My vanguard and my solider "falling through" the map and being stuck. Had to quit back to dashboard to continue.
 
Bug: Floating in the air above the map in multiplayer, had to quit match.

When you fire the last targeting laser at the Reaper on Rannoch Shep is facing a wall in the scenes between the fleets firing and the Reaper getting blown up.

Confirming the Liara/Shep glitch when talking to her the first time with Glyph. Have also had the weird sideways head thing happen with Chakwas and Shep when Chakwas gives you her quest.

If you have Tali or Garrus with you when you meet Jacob they are invisible at the part where Jacob says hi to them.

I know they made Conrad apologize for the gun incident to make up for people who did the paragon option back in ME1 and had it glitched in ME2, but for those of us who did stick a gun in his face it's weird to hear him apologize.

Sometimes squadmates will be running off the ground.

Also confirming the Minos Wasteland bug.

Why do some doors seem to take FOREVER to open? I mean the ones you just click on to open, not the ones Shep has to bypass.

When you are trying to go to Citadel (during the coup) and Joker is talking to Thane (or whomever if you don't have Thane) Shep is wearing her (or his) casual outfit when standing behind Joker but has her (or his) guns equppied.

I just assume that Conrad is a little crazy.

Bug: When you pick up an audio message from Charr to his wife on the Citadel, you don't get a journal entry until after it's complete.  Therefore it's easy to forget about this quest.

Bug: I don't know if anybody mentioned this yet, but when you check your journal, it starts down at "Citadel: Improved Power Grid" every time, and you have to scroll up.

had this problem as well. temporary fix press Y to sort list. it will put you back at the top much faster than scrolling

Perhaps, but it is better than the "pop-in" loading of Mass Effect 1, in my opinion.

Bug: Door to Liara's room, door to the main gun where Garrus is and other doors in the game take too long to open.

I sometimes get these weird screens that are only background after a main mission (Rannoch and the Cerberus attack on the citadel are two that immediately come to mind) and occasionally a character will try to "walk" (more like glitch-skip) across them as though something is actually supposed to be going on.

Also, Brutes like to hover after death. I have a picture of one in a superman pose during the final battle.

Encountered invisible turrets on Eden Prime. Also the defense of theTurian camp failed to trigger the cutscene. While walking around the platform trying to trigger the cutscene I fell through the map and died.

I'm finding the lift genades don't go anywhere near where I'm aiming. It would be a huge improvement if the were sticky. The sentinal armor has not exploded when surrounded by husks. I can only trigger it manually. If this is by design I prefer the ME2 method.

Sentinel Armor in MP does not explode when surrounded by enemies like it did in ME2. Same goes for SP mode as well. Can only trigger manually.

During the scene between Tali and Shep on Rannoch when Shep picks up the rock it's there in her (or his) hand but when Shep hands it to Tali her (or his) hand is empty. (Great scene though)

Whenever FemShep (dunno if this is true for maleshep) talks to Javik in his room Shep's hair is transparent.

My biggest gripe: Whenever Shep is talking to Liara in her room the lights from Liara's computers are always shining through and in front of the characters.The same thing happens with the red light from the Reaper on Rannoch when Shep and Tali are talking after killing the Reaper.

Bug: the Tuchanka: Turian Platoon mission doesn't always trigger the final battle leaving no way to finish it.

In Multiplayer I have found out that if my Quarian Infiltrator sabatoges and enemy that the enemy becomes immortal for a good minute. This usually is the first one that drops down from the spawn.

Bug: When using Recon Hood as femshep, sometimes her eyes bulge out and her lips protude (duckface) during cutscenes.

Bug: Sabatoge kills not recognised in multiplayer, no assist from friendlies either.

xbox 360 online multiplayer - could not purchase Spectre pack over the weekend with credits or ms points. Are you adding more weapons to this multiplayer pack.

Bug : Silver MP > Can't damage enemies, acquire reloads from crates, revive fellow players, or activate any nodes after two players activating same node during challenage.

Had this happen to me as well, Was nearly indestructible till I attempted to go down and be revived (which worked) Then I had unlimited ammo but got 1 shot constantly. (was pretty funny for a while, then just annoying)

-1st Salarian doctor side quest (something about needing prototypes) at the Hospital is completely bugged. Cannot get reward, and your Shepard glitches out dramatically during dialogue.

-There is a crate all the way to the left as soon as you enter the Shuttle Bay that you can actually walk through.

Bug: In multiplayer-- during deactivation of an object the character starts sliding into walls or other surroundings.

-Revive is really bugged. The A button in general will do all sorts of weird things when you go to revive a character (in both MP and SP). Sometimes you will dive into cover, sometimes revive will autocancel for no reason (i.e. without moving), etc. These bugs make reviving a character close to cover nearly impossible.

-Eyes will roll up, so that in Shepard has no pupils, during deployment dialogues sometimes.

- On the galaxy map, Reapers can sometimes kill you just after leaving planetary scanning. They just warp to your location and you get the game over screen.

-Collectors edition mech dog dialogue never sounds right. Both audio clips ( "Good Dog" and "Hey there") often play at the same time. It is also really hard to target the dog.

-Unsure if this was intentional, but sometimes items that need to be purchased for "overheard" side quests do not appear at the proper store. Most will appear if one visits the citadel several times during certain chapters, but won't appear until you board the Normandy and return to the Citadel a few times.

Salarian Doctor in room across from VS recovery room requires a prototype of some kind. When you get the prototype and bring it back, when you enter the room it does a cutscene thing and Shepard automatically gives him the prototype. Then the Salarian doctor says he's giving you something but you never get the reward.

During talking to Hackett during certain cutscenes Shepard's eyes roll up and into her head for no reason at all.

During certain cutscenes Shepard's eyes either close or start to squint though there is no harsh light source shining in her face.

A lot of the auto-dialogue plays at the same time. Most notably is with Javik. You start talking to him and then he just jumps to another auto-dialogue instead of finishing what he was originally saying.
