The one playthrough I had with Javik (not into the Prothean squadmate idea but he came free with the CE so I tried him out) I could not once revive him by going over to him, I always had to use the Medi-Gel. I've had a few instances (mostly with Liara) where holding the A button to revive someone did nothing, had to use Medi-Gel.

And yeah there are times I go to revive someone or activate something and Shep dives into cover instead. So annoying.

There's something wrong with the lighting in this game. Can't see a thing in dark/night areas.

Bug: During cutscene to dock at the Citadel during the Priority Mission Salarian Councilor Shepard is not in armor but has a assault rifle on her back during the entire cutscene leading up to the talk with Thane. The assault rifle should not be there if not in armor. In fact Shepard has no other weapons but the assault rifle on her body during the entire cutscene.

I've experienced different problems here and there that have been reported here. And two that have bothered recently is the problem with the Journal entry for the Citadel: Improved Power Grid being the entry that gets focused on when the Journal is openned.

The second is the problem with the Recon Hood is certain scenes as reported early. Here's pics of what is happening in those certain scenes: (they make me laugh, so I'll just link them, instead of embed them).

I hope the issues brought in this thread are addressed in the first patch.

Some multiplayer Bugs I encounter on a daily basis:

1.Spec ops packs not healing me at all.
2.Med Kits not picking me up.
3. Missile Launchers going through atlas, brutes, and banshees.

These seem to be happening to me about 50% I use them. Except for the spec ops packs. Have not had one heal me for the past couple days o.0 anyone else have this problem?

Read this on Mass Effect Wiki. I hope they release a patch that fixes errors like this:

"According to Dusty Everman from Bioware, a programming error in Mass Effect 3 causes the banter and argument between Gabby and Ken only to occur if Shepard is "good friends with Ashley," meaning that the player must frequently converse with Ashley and take her out on several missions to hear the two banter back and forth. If Ashley is dead, the banter cannot be activated."

And apparently the talk that Tali has with Garrus over the intercom (about which enemy was the scariest or something like that) only occurs if Kaidan is alive.

have you tried messing with the brightness setting on your tv as well as the game?

Ive completed 2 gamethroughs with the same character (1 x ME 1/2 Import - then completed again with same Character as ME3 Import) - against all better judgement - due to an issue i have with the endings (dont get me started as it in a gzillion threads elsewhere) i started a game without Importing - So far there are no weapons to collect. On Mars the sniper Rifle was missing along with the other weapons .... , and I cant manualy reload (i have to shoot all the bullets before Shep changes a clip)

Im really trying to keep happy here Biowear ... but the playthrough is so fken bugged .... along with the endings ... Ive pretty much had it with the whole Mass Effect experiance.

[EDIT] anyone else having this issue? remembering this is on a playthrough, not the first time play.

There's no brown hair in this game.  (There was brown hair in Mass Effect 2.)  You have to choose between two shades of black, or a brownish blonde color.  I settled on the black, but it's just not me.

Kelly Chambers absent before the Citadel unless you visit the Citadel in very specific times-- this is problematic if you want to save her. Also, she is not displayed on the map.

There is a major problem with Liara's and Garrus's doors. I used to think it was a loading issue, but all other doors open just fine on the ship except these two.

Glitch, in cutscenes you switch guns. If you are equipped with one pistol it will give you say a carnifex or something else. If you have a certain assault rifle equipped it will give you say an avenger instead.

Or towards the end of the game. If you have one of the other pistols equipped and you have to go fight off the husks and the Marauder Shields enemy before getting to the beam, it randomly chooses a different pistol for you to pick up instead of leaving you with the pistol you had equipped during the run to the beam.

This is a major glitch as this not only affects cutscenes but it also affects the final run to the beam itself towards the end of the game.

MP bug. Got into the game, started killing just fine then my asari vanguard started bugging out when tried to climb a ladder. Couldn't use any of my biotic powers, then next round couldn't kill anything. third around just started floating off into the sky and kept on getting killed by some strange thing. Unable to play the MP because of this.

The only bug/glitch listed I haven't personally run into is the recon hood/bug eyed glitch. Every other one, from floating off/falling through MP maps to strange eye movement and head glitching - though the one with Liara is directly related to asking about Glyph - if you don't ask about Glyph then the weird head movements do not happen and the scene plays out the 'right' way.

The only thing I haven't seen listed is the failure of door bypasses to complete if Shep is tactically cloaked. ROFL, it's like the door can't see shep, so it can't be bypassed, even though the bypass will start like its supposed to, it just won't complete.

Bug: Mission Citadel Hanar Diplomat. I authorized the terminal access in the Spectre rooms but when I go to the terminal near the Office Suite, there is no option there. In effect, I cannot add Kasumi to my squad and I cannot get those war assets. Please fix Bioware.

The effective work around for this glitch is do not go to the spectre room and authorize the tracking. Don't do it at all. After you talk to Bau you'll be cutscened into the Spectre offices and you'll talk to Kasumi. Once that part plays, just leave the offices.

By ignoring the spectre authorization bit, all the terminals will light up properly. Do the first outside the embassy suites, the second is on the refugee docking bay(E-24) immediately to your left when you exit the elevator -activate it, then go to the last it's at the far end of the dock - go right just past Avina and walk all the way until it dead ends. After you activate the third terminal, go back to the second(the one at the very start of the refugee docks) and activate it again. This will complete the terminal hacks and advance the quest to the next part. Hope this helps :D

Not a bug, more like one of those little things but is there a reason why everyone (minus the VS and Vega) only wears their default armors when not in combat? It wasn't like this in ME2.
