I couldn't use my weapon anymore, just my powers. It says multiple times on the right down of the screen that i got downed by a husk and banshee, but i was still standing below the floor with my health full. Everytime i got taken down, my health was instantly full again.

I have not heard of any patch coming out for ME3 besides 1.03.

Joining a Game does not offer spawn protection against instant kills (Banshees, Brutes, Atlas)
Your character Loads into the Map while you are still stuck on the Loading Screen

Shadows do not render/cast for Gun mods (Barrel Extensions, Bayonets)
Weapon Textures/Details Will Not Load in certain instances when installing mods (Gun Appears Black)
Firebase Dagger Lighting issues (Walking under the 2nd Floor tower using the ramp will cause lighting issues whereby your character appears to be in the shade even though you are in direct sunlight outside)
Occurs only by walking out of the shade from under the Bridge using the ramp
Snap-to-Cover needs to be tweaked whereby if a downed team member must be revived before you snap to cover (Try to rescue someone, snaps to cover, lose time and the downed member dies)
Electric submission net does not have an electrical effect when upgraded to max radius ability
(Enemies take damage with no physical effects that indicate they are being damaged)
Issue whereby rolling by a ladder will cause you to become wedged between ladder and geometry for a few seconds
Quarian Male grenade issue whereby usage of grenade is delayed (Button/Grenade Count are incorrect and may experience a delay)

It's the cutscene during Priority: Earth when your forces roll out into No Mans Land. For some absolutely baffling reason the music plays fine but a good majority of the sound effects (like gunfire for example) are completely absent.
What gives?

10. Get's messages such as " load failed cannot connec to servert" or similar ones.
11. Infiltrators cloacking does not work. Enemies can still see you/shoot at you.
12. Turret's likes to turn invisible sometimes and can be tricky to destroy.
EDIT:
bugs/glitches does not happen all at once in every game. That wouldn't
make sense since point 1 and 5 would contradict itself.
I have been getting a lot of these problems too, all since the last title update. The one that is REALLY annoying the cr@p out of me is the game crashing or giving disc errors on multiplayer during wave 10/11.
It must be happening at least 1 out of every 3 games I play that get to those waves. The last time (and it has happened once before) crashed right at the very end of the extraction level when the timer reached zero. It's really making me not want to play.
Does anybody have any ideas as to what is going on and if anything is being done about it?
