So yeah. I hadn't played in about three days, maybe. Started the game up, clicked "Resume", it went through the motions aaaaaand I'm now a pink befreckled ginger.
This happen to anyone else? I feel like I just got Punk'd.

It's happened to me multiple times, usually when I've loaded an autosave. Reloading has gotten rid of the issue every time so far, so it looks like a harmless glitch, if a weird one.

Yeah simply reloading a save fixes it. Freaked me out the first time, I thought I lost my Shepard's face ;.;

Yeah i keep getting this one too! I also had it glitch a few times and place me back in the scene when you carry VS onboard after mars as default femshep, that ones more annoying as you have to wait for the scene to play out ><

Hint don't use the resume button (as that where the bug seems to happen).

Happened to me too when I resumed game. Reloaded and face was back to normal.
