I was on the way to get Veteran trophy, I got aout 4000 kills but suddenly the counts reset back to zero. It's a living hell to sart allover again. No platinum trophy for me. Mass Effect 3 PS3 version full of errors.

I feel your pain - it took me almost 3 weeks solid of MP to get the Veteran trophy. I can only imagine how difficult it would be on SP.

Mine has reset twice so far, once from ~4000 about a week ago and then last night from ~1500. This seems to have been caused both times by a MP lock up requiring a hard reset of the PS3. The PS3 then does its file restore and deletes your "settings and progress" save file. I cancelled the restore last night but then the file came up as corrupted and required deletion anyway. I have all of the free MP DLC, "From Ashes" and the "Extended Cut" installed.

Counters lock themselves too - except the kills and melee ones.

Even with a new game and fresh settings profile.

About the freezes n stuff (either I'm just lucky or you guys have the worst luck ever btw) you should NEVER unplug your system. Ejecting the disk frees it up just fine. You'll damage your system, and potentially your saves, otherwise. That's what I did the one time Arkham City froze on me, and it worked like a charm.
