I don't really understand all the hate. I thought the justification for her presence was a little bit weird, especially after the citadel gets hit, but it was nice having some information about what "the rest of the galaxy" was doing when I wandered down through engineering to talk to Javik.

She was a minor character, not in the way at all. Some of her lines were actually pretty funny. There was no "romance," you could bang Allers probably because some designer lusts after Chobot... can't blame him there.

Really, I don't get all the hate. If you don't like her, just don't go talk to her. Problem solved.
