Why doesn't this website allow me to see my cd and promo codes that I
register with? I really need my cd code because I'm reinstalling
DAO and I don't have my code with me. I'm able to see the cd codes
online for games such as Mass Effect, Jade Empire, KOTOR, NWN1/2, so
why can't I see my DAO code?

This website does not currently store your cdkeys because cdkeys for Dragon Age are handled by backend EA systems. You will have to re-enter it from your manual/receipt/etc.

Same problem here - just reinstalled the OS (after backing up Bioware profile) but forgot that the key was not on the packaging and is on the manual which I won't have with me for some time! Does this mean I have to wait until I have access to the manual again?
