The title. Looking for RPGs with big choices, I own PS3, 360, and PC. So any game on one of these platforms will be great.

I'll second this one.

I'd give Alpha Protocol a whirl. The combat's a bit shaky, but if you go stealth and pistols you can make it through without much issue, and the story/consequence handling is pretty aces.

The Drakensang games are fun, although they're a little rough around the edges. Still, very deep games that are very old-school in presentation and content.

Precursors has less in the way of big choices, but it's an open-world FPS/RPG. It's not very polished, but it's Eastern European and has a lot of stuff that you won't really find elsewhere.
