Oh man I'm having the greatest time.

Anyone else romanced Ashley in ME1, Tali in ME2 and stuck with Tali -but brought both for the Get dreadnought mission?

Just gotta say the devs did great on this one. Ashley is so jealous and bitter I wouldnt be surprised if she shot Tali in the back :D

I was wondering if this love triangle would actually have any additional banter and conversation or if the devs would neglect it. Well... suffice to say the devs DID think about it. Im considering reloading to do the whole thing over again, hoping there is more to it later on.

On that note, anyone know if its to late to dump Tali for ashley again now?

There is a youtube video about this Tali says to ash before you go on the dreadnought something along the lines of "Thanks for actually helping shepard this time"

I thought about taking my ex Liara on the ship with Tali but then I thought if I did only one woman is leaving that ship.

Or, alternatively, if you weren't a complete douchebag, Tali and Ash greet each other warmly, like a pair of sisters.

Yeah, Ashley's quite salty if you romanced Tali... but Tali calls her on ditching him in the first place.

They seemed pretty friendly on my playthrough.

Yeah. Tali calls Ashley "Ash". It's awesome.

Maybe it's just me, but I found Ashley to be REALLY annoying in this game. I'm a FemShep, so she wasn't an LI (my perspective will be different). But she literally kept doubting me every step of the way. The part at the Citadel where she still doubted me...

I was like COME ON. The first time, I understand. But half way through the game and she trusts Udina over me. I was so happy to suggest she take a job off my ship. Good riddance.

Yeah, and in the hospital (if you cheated), Ash comments that Tali's like a little sister to her, and that she does approve, but things probably heated up a bit on the geth dreadnaught.

Mars. Where Cerberus has stormed an Alliance facility and is killing every Alliance soldier in sight. If you actually choose the reasonable dialogue options, she calms down and follows your lead.

However, at the Citadel Udina is able to play on her lingering doubts. Choose the options that actually MAKE SENSE, and Ash is easily convinced to stand down. I always let her shoot Udina, just to rub it in that moron's face.

That's cool. I wish they would have had more LI/LI encounters. A Miranda/Ashley encounter was something I assumed was a no brainer for ME3, and was disappointed it wasn't in there. Bioware made a big deal about the love triangle aspect...and it just became this one line of throw away dialogue in the hospital. Glad to know they did something with the Tali/Ash scenario.

I did both options (played the game twice) and I still found her to be annoying.

*shrugs*

I guess I just feel like, you have to explain yourself way too many times to her. Even in the "right" dialogue that would calm her down, you have to bring yourself down to her level to pander to her. The hospital talks etc. And she still has doubts. Yeah she's not as annoying about it. But shoot.

Twice. You have to reassure her approximately twice. That's not way too many times.
