Yeah. Tali calls Ashley "Ash". It's awesome.

Yeah, and in the hospital (if you cheated), Ash comments that Tali's like a little sister to her, and that she does approve, but things probably heated up a bit on the geth dreadnaught.

Technically it isn't cheating

If two people haven't officially agreed to end it, and made sure the other knows, it counts as cheating. Sorry. Even if Shepard had just sent her a text message, that would have been enough. Should have been an option to answer the email in ME2.

I did both options (played the game twice) and I still found her to be annoying.

I guess I just feel like, you have to explain yourself way too many times to her. Even in the "right" dialogue that would calm her down, you have to bring yourself down to her level to pander to her. The hospital talks etc. And she still has doubts. Yeah she's not as annoying about it. But shoot. 

Kaiden's the same way too. My first play through I played with him and he was always like "Wah, I don't know you anymore" or "You used to work for Cerberus, Cerberus is here, hence it can't be a coincidence!".

I slapped him around a bit with niceness and he stopped acting like a baby.

To be honest, Ashley always rubbed me the wrong way since ME1, I'm glad I dumped her for Tali.

Ah. I have not played with Kaiden yet. So it seems like this was just a set personality for that character slot.

That video is awesome!  It just goes to show that the game really is a great personalized experience.
(And I regret not romancing Tali, and truly wish Miranda was a squadmate in ME3 for banter like this).

Well I've played Male Shep, haven't done my Fem Shep yet, but Kaiden hits on my Male Shep if your beat him with niceness.

One of the options for the ending should have been for Shepard to call Ashley up and have her **** at the catalyst until he takes his reapers and leaves.

So if I was in a relationship and I wanted to end it but my GF didn't and I slept with another woman, AFTER I told my GF that I didn't want to be in a relationship, would that be considered cheating?

I'm not a big Ashley fan. I think she's well written and believable, I'm just not a huge fan off her personality. She's to hard-headed and opinionated, for me.

I, too, was really looking forward to an Ash v Miranda spat. It's disappointing it didn't happen. What about taking Ash to Sanctuary? Anyone know if awkwardness ensues?

I still don't see where it's cheating, Kaidan kind of dumps you on Horizon...that whole I don't even know who you are anymore speech seems clear to me. If you talk to Joker after that all your conversation option point to that too.
I'm not sure what Ashley says, since she never makes it off Virmire, but I'm assuming it would be similar. I've watched a youtube on the hospital scene, and at least male Shepard gets to tell her off about horizon instead of apologizing.
Garrus not reacting to the whole Kaidan thing is kind of disappointing...I was kind of hoping they were going to have it out.
