It never ceases to amaze me how Ashley is automatically labelled a racist for simply mistrusting aliens. But its okay for Tali and her people to commit genocide on the Geth a sentient species and no one bats an eye lmao.

Are you actually being serious here? If I had a dollar for every anti-quarian post I've read, I'd have enough to fund new endings for ME3.

How exactly am I being anti-quarian for stating the truth?

Was I referring to you?

Why would you quote me then if your not referring to my post?

You said that nobody bats an eye at the idea of the quarians attempting to kill the geth. I was telling you that this is completely false, because there are plenty of people who frequently post completely opposite opinions.

Then it must happen very rarely all the hate I see on a regular basis is directed at Ashley.

Hmm...from what I've read in this topic I've come to a conclusion. All of the squadmates in ME1, with the exception of Liara, are racist.

Then dig up just a few post of someone saying the hate Ashley specifically because she is human, and I'll find 100x more saying they hate her because she is racist, valid or not.

Why would I do that?  You are not listening or you don't want to.  Some folks do not like the human characters/squadmates in the game because they are not alien.....how they justify that is varied.  How I came to this conclusion?
They have specifically stated it
They cite reasons for their dislike that could be applied to other characters in the game.  So the only difference being one is alien one is human

Does my opinion apply to all thread posters?  Hell no.  I never said that.  But you are so quick to try and dismiss anything you don't agree with,  it appears that it has to be all or nothing.  I wonder why your logic didn't apply to your Kasumi counter-argument?  Can you prove to me that everyone that hates Ashley likes Kasumi?  See how silly that is?

Ok, done with this convo, it's a chore now.

Start up a "What is your least favourite race?" thread; belive me, you'll see it come flooding in. Apparently people hate them more than the batarians.

He is not lying. I often post about my dislike of the quarians.

Neither.  Cynic.  At worst, nationalist.

She doesn't apply any qualities to aliens she doesn't thnk humans have as well.  She believes everyone will look after their own interests first before anyone else's

And ME3 proved she was right.

Wait, how is Kaidan racist? Also, Tali doesn't really count, becuase everyone hated geth back in ME1.

I'll give you Wrex though.

And Tali does eventually come to accept the Geth like everyone else.

Apparently Kaidan's just boring. Now that I think about it, Kaidan gets even more hate for just being human than Ash does.

Samara and Thane are much more relegious then Ashley is. Mordin, Liara, Tali, and Garrus also express relegious belief.

I don't know what it is about Kaiden, he's just so easy to overlook in ME1. Nice guys finish last, I suppose.

When does Tali ever act religious? And I'm pretty sure Garrus talked about heaven more as a figure of speech than out of belief.

Yeah, I was just talking about ME1. Wrex comes to accept the turians by the end too.

With Ashley, I have no idea because I Virmire'd her, so I really couldn't say.

Besides, I don't think there's many religious people out there who would say there is a bar in heaven.

The pilgrimage is at its core a relegious function. Keelah se'lia also has relegious meaning to it.

Sorry for the double post, but I'm pretty sure Kellah se'lia has to do with their home world, if I remember correctly.

You're in luck. The Jager is specifically foretold in St. Paul's letter to the Corinthians. Unfortunately, the bar in heaven does not permit Jager Bombs.

I save Ashley on Virmire for the following reasons...

- As a Sentinel, Kaidan is the more logical choice for arming a bomb
- Ashley is with an STG team, and I have the potential to save more lives at the time of the decision
- The scene with your squad member at the bomb is too awesome to pass up
- One of your squad members will be arguing to let the Council die to save Alliance Ships, and "Alliance Ashley" makes the most sense for this
- She also better fits the role of mistrust, paranoia, anger and conflict that were pervasive in ME2 and ME3
- She's a better character contrast for a paragon Shepard, and I'm mostly paragon
- I play as a male Shepard, and a strong female human soldier balances out the crew. I think every other female squad member in the series relies on tech or biotics instead of brute force. It's nice to have one that's pure "More Dakka"

I don't romance her though...
Stayed faithful to Liara through the trilogy...

Indeed. This is pretty explicitly said. As well, both Legion and Shepard make use of the phrase.

You are 100% right no bars in heaven. Who needs a bar when a nice cold one just appers in front of you?

Other then followers of Islam most relegious people drink just as much as everyone else. Just look at who made all the beer in medieval Europe.
