My favorites are "Leaving Earth", "Reaper Chase", "We Face Our Enemy Together", and "I'm Proud of You".

"A Future for the Krogan" is my favorite as well. As soon as I heard it in the game, I went and played it on the soundtrack. I don't get sick of it.

I love "An End Once and For All" as well, but I have a hard time listening to it still, if that makes any sense. =/

I too loved "An End Once and For All" but the bitterness of the ending overroad it at the time.

After re-listening to it, however, its easily a top 3 for me.

The first and last segment of "Mars", "An End, Once and For All" and "I Was Lost Without You" are my favourites, there is also some other off-soundtrack ones I liked, such as the music when speaking with the Catalyst, and the almost ambient (it's actually "Reflections" from ME2 played extremely slow) when you talk with Kaidan in the hospital.

Love the whole soundtrack but I'll bring up a couple that I don't see get mentioned as much.
"Aralakh Company" - Moment when Grunt has his near last stand. Quite impactful. Same with the end of "The Ardat-Yakshi" with Samara.

a future for the krogan is by far my favorite, but i enjoy it all especially the first 7 tracks

I can't believe no one mentioned "The Fleets Arrive". Just imagine the huge force coming through the Sol relay; the result of months of effort to unite the galaxy; a massive fleet standing against the greatest threat they have ever known.

Gives me goosebumps every time I hear it.

"A Future for the Krogan," "Surkesh," and "I was lost without you" are great as well.
