I love the "The Fleets Arrive". That was the best mix of the mass effect theme. Perfect song for that scene. Just wished it actually amounted to something in the game.

It's a toss up between The Fate of the Galaxy and I Was Lost Without You. Leaving Earth, A Future for the Krogan, Rannoch, and Das Malefitz are all really good too.

I think I've listened to the soundtrack every day since downloading it  :/

Of course, once I completely block any mental reminder of the scene that goes with it. I guess that's why I listen to "I Was Lost Without You" more often. Das Malefitz is awesome too.

I liked so many of them, but I played "view of Palaven" over and over. The music really matched the futility of the battle.

Mars is beautiful. It really sets the tone and says, "hey, you're not on earth anymore, you're beyond." I love its soothing, synthesized sound.

The Scientists is amazing. Very epic battle music that takes the melodies and tone of Leaving Earth and adding some kick to it.

Creation is a very hopeful sounding theme. Has some somberness to it but also gives you the sense that there is a better tomorrow. Great song for create-a-Shepard, excellent song for a proper ending and credits roll.

Credits is great as well, having a hopeful tone and a "kickback" beat. It can easily be used for a hip hop song. Despite being associated with the ending we have, and subsequently, the butt of many jokes, I like this theme.

Aralakh Company was great and really pulls the right feelings and emotions at the right times.

Cerberus Coup/Kai Leng is my second favorite after Mars. It plays during my favorite mission and has great amounts of tension to it. 'Tis a shame it wasn't on the Collector's Digital Soundtrack.

I honestly can't pick one. The entire thing is just amazing. I got the CE, so I have it downloaded on my computer, and I've listened to the entire thing about 3 times straight through today while doing homework/attempting to study for thermodynamics.

For me it "I was Lost without you". I hate that if you download the CE version that came with the ME3 CE, the files are in .wav format. I use a zune, and it doesn't support it. I have to convert the songs I liked and added them to my Zune. Too much work to convert em all.

"Stand Strong, Stand Together". I could listen to it for hours on repeat, and it would still give me the chills every time.

As for others I like, "I Was Lost Without You", "We Face Our Enemy Together", "The Fleets Arrive" (sort of a mini version of Stand Strong, Stand Together), and "Das Malefitz" (Credits). "I'm Proud of You" and "An End Once and For All" are equally as beautiful, but I can't listen to them without getting depressed.

I was a fan of A Future for the Krogan and Das Malefitz (downloaded the digital deluxe version and listened to them before I could play the game). Unfortunately, Das Malefitz leaves sort of a bitter taste now, since it's the one that pops up for the end credits.

I like the whole soundtrack, just as I have with the past two games. If this series did one thing absolutely right from beginning to end, I think it's the score.

But my absolute favorite, as far as the ME3 OST is concerned... Whew... I think...

So many good tracks in this game! It figures with Clint Mansell at the helm. I absolutely adore Credits (Faunts returned to do a really great track). I Was Lost Without You tops Love Theme from ME1 as my favorite well... love theme from a Bioware game. And to be honest, An End Once and For All is my favorite track from the three games. The ending might be awful but that track is absolutely incredible and never fails to stir my emotions when I hear it.

Also, as much as I hate the catalyst, the two catalyst themes are really good. There's a 10 minute version of the first catalyst theme on youtube. I could listen to that all day, doing work or browsing the internet or whatever.
