Yes, I think you get it when you talk to her on the citadel but I don't remember exactly.

I did, except for when she first goes to the engineering room with Engineer Adams, I think it's the scene where you can choose to romance her, not quite sure, but other than that, I think I talked to her every chance I gotMr. Big Pimpin wrote...
Try talking to her. It helps.
