It's pretty funny what people come up with for a AI or VI, like the many others we've seen in game. It does expose some irrationality.

EDIT: Also, in retrospect, I would call him the reason I would have skipped all the other BS I did, running around for 3 whole games, when I could have just evacuated and blown up the Citadel if he's programmed with it instead. Hindsight is 20/20...
