If I can't choose Jack, who would obliterate them both, I'm going with Miranda.
I saw how Jack would obliterate Miranda. You see how hard she tossed that chair in Miranda's direction? True badass that one.
not forgetting that miranda put the chair to the ground with barely any effort instead of Jack putting so much more effort in to that poor chair.
on the actual topic at hand. I was gutted there was no remarks any shape or form when you bump into such characters whether that be Jack kissing you infront of everyone on Grissom adacemy ... nope nothing.
no comment from Ashley (my previous LI) about Miranda (my LI) on sanctuary etc.
all we get is a mention from the ME1 options about it but thats it.
I do think Bioware really missed an opportunity on that one.
it's especially disappointing after all the unique dialogue combinations in ME2. It's one of my favorite part of bioware games.

That chair was moving slower than if Jack had thrown it without biotic power...
My impression was that Miranda slowed down the chair.
That... would make more sense. Everything tossed by biotic power seems to move super slow though.

Go re-play Samara's recruitment mission.

I would've romanced Miranda in ME2 and ME2 if she was a squad member. Since she wasn't, I knew she'd get the short end of Shepard's stick in ME3 so I'd rather go with Ash and get more romance dialogue

gah, Ash hate in this thread is unbearable. Ash would rip through Miranda no problem. 1 shot of a predator would rip right through that cat suit of hers. Ashley has had alliance training and years of military experience, she wears heavy armor and uses assault rifles. Miranda sits in an office with occasional combat, she wears a freaking cat suit and uses SMGs + human biotics(which are sub-par.)
Because you're clearly unbaised, right?

I think the biotics would pretty much make it an even fight. And I'm sure Miranda could find some heavy armor if she needed it.

Miranda. Ashley got taken out like a punk on mars.
Because Miranda has advanced biotics that she could use against the robot. Ashley has grenades etc of course but you need time to prepare and use those. In that particular situation the quick application of Overload or Slam/Warp would have given Miranda the edge.
In a one-on-one battle i think Miranda would have the edge as she can use her wide range of skills to manipulate the enviroment or her enemy. But on a battlefield, such as the Earth mission, i think Ashley would have the advantage because of her equipment, training and experience being suitable for exactly that.

Miranda rocks as a character and I chose her as a LI because of her confident, no-nonsense get the job done attitude, her strong moral conviction, and her ambition to always be better and do better. I also like that she handles herself like an adult; it makes her way more attractive.

This one preferes Ashley.
