Hosting is just a band-aid solution. This thing needs to be fixed properly.

Yup. STILL a problem. It's the only reason my Vanguard isn't my favorite character. Odds are I'm going to get screwed by split second lag and end up on the ground and glitched when I get up.

Yeah, but unfortunately there hasn't been anything said so far about a real fix (at least that I've read).  

Until then, host as Human Vangaurd, or GTFO.  Srsly.

I've been trying to level a vanguard just for next weekend's promotion, and I glitch out about every other game.

 Me as well. Vanguard is one of my better classes but sadly, I've stopped playing it due to the propensity of glitch-outs.

Hosting helps? will try that. Feel really bad especially when i am in a good group and we are just mowing down enemies then I am gone and no way a team can complete gold with 3 people

THis happens on PC a lot as well. You get sort of...desynced with the game reality or whatev

Everytime I play a vanguard and biotic charge, eventually during a match I'll glitch out and start floating, then ultimately i'll fall through the map and hit the "event horizon" as if I'm in some black hole or something, and my body gets stretched and pulled in every direction, it's a pretty trippy experience if you make it to the event horizion

I've never glitched out as host with a human vanguard

This only happens if you die at the same time you biotic charge, due to a de-sync.

If you don't die, this will never happen just for charging.

One other glitch I hate just as much is when Charge doesn't even register, even though you have no cooldowns. It just sometimes gets stuck and won't work until you punch or aim+shoot, wasting precious seconds that as many of you know, is detrimental on Gold.

This is true. The problem is that on higher difficulties you die more often, so you're more likely to see the glitch. Also when you're dying is normally when you're mashing charge, trying to get your barrier back. Makes it a big issue if you're not hosting.
