No because I try to not look like a dork in public. It does depend on how far you go with video game apparel though. Wearing a zelda/mario shirt with a fedora hat has social retard written all over it.
Pretty much.
Agree agree
Odd..maybe it's cause i live in New Zealand and you don't see that many video game related shirts etc around. But when i am in a good mood i don't mind rocking one. Last week i actually decided to try a Mario one my brother brought for me from Australia for Xmas, and i got positive remarks all day. "I like your shirt", "Awesome where did you get that", "Man i remember those good old days" etc etc.
Maybe it's cause i don't look like a dork? Or maybe people here are less socially judgemental? *shrugs*

If I was a Janitor I would wear the jumpsuit. You already fail at life anyways if you have that job, mine as well pimp out your jumpsuit!
Time to CLEAN up the Reaper's act.
I lol'ed... but... whats wrong with being a janitor?
Ok he might not make cold fusion viable any time soon but then neither am I and in the mean time it's nice that stuff works in my building.

Two reasons:
1. University informal-ish dress code. We can wear whatever we want, but it's still ill advised to wear stuff like that as a doctorate student/TA/etc.
2. My partner isn't really into games and seeing as she's the one with a functional "fashion sense", I tend to follow her advice.

A N7 hoodie or something used to be a nice gadget since only people who know mass effect would know what it is anyway. But since ME has become a mainstream sellout with lots of negative PR it's just not cool anymore.
I really hate when a game which appeals to a more thinking crowd becomes mainstram and gets advertised everywhere.
Adds appeal to mainstream people who like easygoing games *cough "assassin's creed" cough*.
Sad thing is Mass effect DID NOT NEED any promotion like this.
Hence the LOW percentage that finished the previous game.
Come on bioware you are really getting offtrack with this behavior.
In my opinion RPG gamers are the most dedicated ones yet rpg gamers are the most betrayed ones.
on topic i want to wear my N7 patch. i lke it.

I'm trying to convince my girlfrend (who also plays ME by the way) to wear a tee that sports the message "my boyfriend is a Krogan". No luck so far...

I wear a black tee with an N7 logo every now and then. It's not like people care about the logo. Occasionally someone asks what the N7 stands for, but other than that is just another t-shirt.

I went overseas for 6 months last year, traveling across the East Coast and West Coast of the USA (LA, San Francisco, Yosemite, Vegas, Miami, Orlando, New Orleans, New York, North Carolina) then across Europe (England, Wales, Ireland, Scotland, France, Austria, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, Amsterdam). I wore those shirts across all these nations and cities (I know, Amsterdam isn't a country, it's a city in The Netherlands), and I wore it proudly. Strangers would give me the big grins and we'd the dance of Awesomeness.
"Shepard! Male or female?" I'd say.
"Female!" they'd respond.
"You win 50 internets!" I'd declare.
With the arrival of ME3, it came packaged with a t-shirt with N7 on the front and ME3 on the back.
I only wear the ME2 one still.

i would have. They seam very cozy and practical for my outdoors activities (i'm a mountain hiker and 10km runner) when the weather is cold-ish. However, since the ending fiasco....i'm not so sure. The jumpsuit on the other hand is a big no-no <_<

Just curious about how you display your Mass Effect fandom to the world. I wear my Normandy Crew shirt cause it is a tight v neck and looks like something you could buy at Hollister or American Eagle so my friends don't notice it's a nerd reference and don't care. (Not that I really care they all know I'm a nerd)
Do you wear n7 gear? Why Why not? are you like this guy----->
I would pay a lot of money to see someone go to work in one of those jumpsuits.
If I wore that down in the hood I wouldn't make t too far.

Ha! I'm 37 and happily married and I wear my hoodie all the time. If people want to judge me unfavourably based on that then frankly they aren't the sort of people whose opinion i give a crap about.BobSmith101 wrote...
I'm 29 , so even If I owned any ,wearing it in public would be out of the question. Ten years ago I may have gotten away with it.

I have a few of the N7 polo shirts in black. I used to wear them more before I figured out ME3 was such a bad game. Its funny how an ending can ruin it for you.
Funny or devastating?
