 I bought the collector's edition of ME2 when it came out.  I did the whole cerberus network thing, and it worked fine.

I recently wiped my computer.  When I go to play the game, it prompts me to log in with an EA account.  I logged in with the one that had the cerberus network registration (this one that I'm posting with), and it prompts me for cerberus network activation.  I tried to use the one that came with the game, but it says it's already in use.  I already paid for the cerberus network and DLC when I bought the game; how do I use it now?
