Wow.
That was surprisingly good, and even handed.

Very clearly outlined his problems, didn't insult BioWare or Mass Effect, admitted that he was cool with giving BioWare leeway in figuring out how to fix things.

Yeahhh

I'm a huge fan of Red Letter Media. So I'm a bit torn on everyone calling this guy a genius, without even knowing who he heavily borrowed from. Plus, Mr. Plinkett is 10x better than this guy. 

Still, it's good a video like this exists.

Don't give us a better ending because we "demand" it, give the game the ending it deserves, something that lives up to the game and trilogy. That's integrity.

Lots of people saying they hope Bioware watches this... I think they know what's up by now. The people I really hope watch this are the games journalists who looked down their noses at players implied that us normal people just didn't understand the ending.
